The food is good, customer service is absolutely horrible. You can stand dead staring at them at the counter and be completely ignored by every single one of staff. Ridiculous. If this wasn't the ONLY little Caesars in the area I'd never be back.

Have never had a good experience here, honestly don’t know why I ever bother coming back. There was a miscommunication with the front end and the kitchen so we had to wait for our order- no problem. The issue was that it was sitting in the warmer the whole time and they let it get old. I asked for a manager and was trying to be polite “hey sorry to be that guy, I know you’re busy but we’ve been waiting and the girl up front checked on us but never gave us our food. Now it’s old” Justine, the manager, immediately got an attitude. “Okay well what do you want me to do?” I told her it’s been sitting, so I wanted it remade. She opened up the box and showed it to me to try to convince us to take it- “um it looks fine to me” she said. One of the slices was literally torn up like someone got into it and was just crust. I picked it up and said “that looks fine to you?” And she got huffy and put it in for a remake. The customer service was awful. The girl behind the counter was eating, touching her hair and face, touching food. She couldn’t figure out how to count change and is the reason our food sat there for 30 minutes. The young boy behind the counter was the only one with any sense about him. This place is run like crap. Update: went in to get our remade pizza, and after sitting here for a total of 45 minutes the pizza only JUST got put in the oven. Still standing in line as I type this. Awful.

I ordered 3 pizzas and when I went in for it they had only put me in for 1. They put in the 2 more and it took them 1 more hour after I had gone in numerous times to check on them. Then all they offered me was 2 bags of hard crazy bread. Avoid this place at all cost.

I'm honestly so upset I can't believe is has happened Today my husband went and got us pizza after work I was eating it and I found a Band-Aid in my pizza dough in the pizza it was in my mouth and I pulled it out after I had chew on it because I thought it was my pizza I am honestly so traumatized by this experience I will never be able to eat there again when I called to tell them about this experience the dude wouldn't really give me anything and told me I needed to bring the pizza back when they close at 11:00 and it is 10:50 so I call back and I ask can I come in the morning and that is where I'm at now having to go back in the morning to hand them my pizza with a Band-Aid in it and all my other pizza just hoping for a full refund because this was a complete utter waste of money when my families already struggling

I really really wish I could put 0 stars. I order little Ceasars all of the time after work. I ordered stuffed crust with banana papers, a stuffed crust pizza with sausages and two orders of cheese bread. I got home tonight with the pizza for my wife to bite into it and chew on a blue used bandaid. I will never come to this place ever again period!!

Everything tasted ok, some of the pizzas were missing cheese leaving bald spots with sauce. I ordered ahead of time so it would be ready on time, but still 12 minutes late. Save yourself time and just walk in and order hot n ready!
