I ordered a small milkshake (blue cotton candy, add marshmallow), dark chocolate ice cream (mix in chocolate chips and brownie), and I had a coupon for a free slice of cookie cake for spending ten dollars.

The person I ordered the milkshake for said it was good, but didn’t finish it. I liked my ice cream, but when I asked it to be put in a larger cup so it didn’t spill on the way home I got an attitude? I’m not sure why, it’s not like I asked for more ice cream. The cookie cake was good, and I was asked if I wanted icing or not, I was indecisive since I’ve never had it, so they just put some on the side, I wish I would have gotten more all over it.

The staff over all was really nice, but when I tried to present my coupon there was some confusion and apparently they just looked it up with my phone number.

We don’t come here often since it’s kinda expensive, but we do like it. I wish the online ordering through the app worked, but it wasn’t since I downloaded it.

Went in to get one of the "PSL" treats on the window. The person behind the counter said " I don't know how to make any of that, I'm just going to put something together."
We ordered three things. The person working didn't seem to know how to do anything, was a little rude, and lacked customer service experience. The ice cream was at least decent.

Terrible customer service, how are you supposed to eat an ice cream sandwich out of a tiny little bag.

Laziest service ever. We were served by the guy with a ponytail and long unkept beard, and a girl with acne. Didn’t get their names. I asked for a sample and they said they couldn’t give out any because they’re “out of sample spoons”… Why not use a regular spoon then? And the service in general was very slow and the employees had attitude when taking our order. Look, I get working isn’t the most fun thing ever. But if you chose to work at an ice cream shop you knew what you were getting yourself into. Do your job. Or quit. If you hate working there, just quit because the last thing any of us wants is a lazy person that proves they obviously don’t have the skills to get any other job.

I would caution ordering from this location. I ordered a cookie cake in April and today and both times the name on them was spelled wrong and was not offered a discount or they didnt even offer to fix the issue. Very annoying to not take enough pride in your business to verify these details.

Do not waste your time driving here - they have no options, when I asked if they had any more made because I needed more than 1 of a flavor she said that is all they had… EL OH EL. What a wasted trip. Not to mention the empty chocolate chip cookie tray on display
