Went in to get one of the "PSL" treats on the window. The person behind the counter said " I don't know how to make any of that, I'm just going to put something together."
We ordered three things. The person working didn't seem to know how to do anything, was a little rude, and lacked customer service experience. The ice cream was at least decent.

This is a smaller version of both chains- they DO NOT have the “vegan Silk Ice Cream” and they do not have Gluten Free cookies. It’s a shame. We still ended up buying 6 cookies. Family said they was okay but, it would have been nice to have some dietary restrictive options available besides a raspberry (milk free) option.
