Well got 2 salads and 20 wings was our order we received 17 wings and apparently between the 12 employees there wasn't 1 that could count to 20. Should have we to get sushi instead ?....

Had wings delivered… seen in the app where the driver had left.. it’s been 40min now. When you try to call the local store you get a call center.
This has happened before where the driver has been lost, she went 25min down to south rock creek area then called us to tell us she was lost. I forgave her for that. Now it’s late chicken wings. That’s all I ordered at like 6:58 and still haven’t received them.
Customer service is zero help.

I went there last night and pizza was so old and hard to bite and I ask them when there putting out fresh pizza and she told me no...I wasted 30.00

I had a cheese pizza delivered to me cold. So I called the guy was very rude, he couldn't find our address or phone number. Finally he offered to swap it out. I had already waited an hour. So now he offered 5 dollars off for the next one. Really I can't believe mazzio treat customers that way.

This place is great. I love the lunch buffet and the Tuesday night buffet. The pizza is out hot and they will let you put in a request for a certain type of pizza for the buffet. The salad is also a very nice addition.

I miss your pizza. I'm disabled my wife works nights taking care of mentally disabled adults. Dash sends my orders to Tecumseh and they always mess up or leave out my delicious ranch

I drove by on October 1, 2023 and it had a dumpster out front, all the signs, trim, etc were taken down. Pretty sure this location is closed.

Awesome salad bar and choice selection of pizza for their buffet. Recommend you come on out and have some. Sports tv also.

Anytime I eat here its wonderful ! Food is always on point! The delivery drivers in the evening are always so polite too! This time I ordered the Mexican pizza . Last week I ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza and hot wings , and everything was delicious! Always hits the spot . Then the week before that , I ordered the chicken bacon provolone sandwich with fries and who would of thought that a pizza place would have such great French fries?! They are my favorite fries in shawnee , and my favorite pizza of all time ! The only thing I was disappointed in , is that it's better to go in and fix your own salad because when I ordered it for delivery, I couldn't add any toppings that I actually wanted , even when I said I'd pay extra for them! Please change this option Mazzios ! I've already been a customer my whole life , it would be a great option for when I don't feel like going inside ! Definitely would spend more money if I could order my salad exactly how I wanted it ! Thank you for just always being great!

Love the salad bar! Never feel guilty eating a salad!! Tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, and even pickled okra!! Pasta is very good also the Greek salad is the bomb. Pizza to soggy. Cinnamon sticks very good but you have to buy the dip separate.
