My pizza has been raw twice. In a row. The pizza isn't done just because the cheese is slightly browned. Hell the outside crust was still white. When there's more cheese on a pizza you have to cook it longer because it takes longer for the heat to penetrate to the dough. If I wanted to finish cooking the pizza myself I'd go to Papa Murphy's. You guys are going to make someone sick.

I called in and was put on hold immediately two times in a row for 6 and 10 minutes I prefer mazzios food over Pizza Hut but I hung up the second time and placed an order with Pizza Hut need to get some help over there may be understaffed

Found 4 hairs in my food, was talked bad about as I was leaving and then called the store to speak with the rudest manager I've ever spoken to. Got sick that night and had stomach issues. Plus just getting plain water is gross. It's tecumseh water so I mean it's whatever but for real 4 hairs. Yall need to be wearing hair nets!

This place is so run down. The seats are almost all blown out. There is dust and cobwebs on all of the light fixture. The staff was friendly enough. Will probably be my last time at a Mazzios.

It's pretty much an instant pizza. Doesn't matter if you order extra sauce or cheese. You're not getting it. The first time I thought it was a fluke but by the third.... It's pricey for underwhelming food. Staff is nice though.

Love Mazzios wish we still had one in Shawnee, but since we don't we go to Tecumseh. The people are always friendly but this time the girl wasn't very well trained in the product and was on the register, but she took care of us politely.
