Moved back from NJ! I missed this place!! McAllister deli has really upgraded on the desserts! The peach cobbler cheesecake is AMAZING!! I even tried to find the recipe on google and can’t find it! 😭😭😭 Salads are always good. I get the chicken avocado salad with the raspberry dressing! (So good!) I LOVE their broccoli cheddar soup!! 😋

This McAlester’s doesn’t have all the menu items listed on their Shawnee website. They’re listing items they don’t carry as a franchise. They’re being dishonest and misleading; won’t be giving them my business ever again.

Drive thru and pickup orders are a mess. The past 4 times I have gone they have incorrectly made my food or forgotten entire side items. Front of house staff is always great when I go inside, but avoid this location if you need to pick food up quick. Way to expensive to be constantly messing up orders.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins finally went inside to no one around 10 mins later finally get helped just to have the food thrown towards me with half of the sides flipping over Food was warm that's all

Had an Uber Eats order. Ended up with two Sprite for some reason. Mac and cheese was not delivered with the French dip. Unfortunately, meals that aren’t complete don’t get eaten. I recommend you give potential staff members a reading comprehension test as part of the hiring process.

I ordered by phone for pickup. Food was not ready 45 minutes later. I ordered 2 King Clubs with broccoli and cheese soup. It's not ready 45 minutes later, and they cannot make it ( for some unknown reason). It's time to try Schlotsky's 💯🤷
