Every worker in this establishment is a disgrace to fast food, how do you mess up every single item ?? I work in fast food and I would never even think about sending out this order, forgot almost every item and what wasn’t forgotten was messed up, I get it’s McDonald’s but like how r u that bad at such a simple job

It's McDonalds! A guilty 'pleasure' , if you will. I got a mcdouble with big mac sauce , (cuz c'mon, it's big mac sauce ) and a strawberry banana smoothie which are always good but pretty cup size for smaller, cost did not.

Why is it when you order on the ap they NEVER give you your cup, It says it right on the receipt, they call your name and set your food on the counter and run off, I reached over the counter once and got my own cup and the manager has given me the stink eye ever since

The worst customer service experience at a McDonalds ever! (...and that's saying something!) We go eat here with my parents-in-law and our grandbabies every Sunday! Hubs and I always use the app so ours is ready when we get there, the in-laws order in person. We also order table sevice since my husband is disabled and I always sit next to the wall. It saves him from having to get up and down extra times. We got here today and waited 20 mins! My in-laws got their food , the grabdbabies dood and our other family memer got his food before us and we had pre-ordered 7 miles away! The snotty worker at the counter acted like I had no reason to question her. SHE WAS SENDING OUT OUR EXACT ORDER TO MULTIPLE OTHER CUSTOMES THAT HAD ORDERED AFTER WE GOT HERE! She should not ever work a customer facing position and needs a serious attitude adjustment if she's going to work where children frequent! They didnt bring our food to our table either. Sje was just standing at the counter, yelling out table numbers! The app even says that an employee will bring your order to your table. Also, every one of our burger patties was dried out and burnt! No ketchup in the dispenser, dirty floors, overflowing trash....the worst experience here ever!

This McDonald's is by far the worst for messing up orders. I am serious when I say that every single time I go to this McDonald's, my order is wrong, EVERY TIME! I keep telling myself that I will not return, but it's closer than the other one, and I keep going back only for the same results. I have called and spoke with the manager each time this has happened, and they treat me as if I am lying or trying to get something for free, any it's very unprofessional. I have also called home office, and thankfully, I received an email back recently stating they will be "looking into the situation " and a coupon for a free frappe. I don't need anything free, JUST DO BETTER!!
