Went through the drive thru last night and because it was extremely windy made sure to be extra careful handing the employee the money for our order, even went as far as verbally confirming with her that she had ahold of the money before I let go. Then as I turn back to get the additional $1 and some change to cover the remaining balance, the employee says “oh no it blew away.” I immediately jumped out in the freezing wind to try and find it but of course it was long gone so as I got back in the car. I dug through my purse and found an additional $7 (order total was $22 and some change and I had originally paid $21 so the employee currently had $1 remaining after losing the $20) and said I’d be willing to pay an additional $6 more than what I was supposed to pay if they could comp the rest. She had to discuss with her manager who told her NO. If I wanted the food I ordered I would have to pay another $20 or they could take items off the order if I couldn’t afford to pay a second time for the food. While I completely understand that the employee losing the money was an accident, it was their employees accident. I paid the money for the food, I took precaution when handing the employee the money but instead of doing what was right, what they could clearly afford, the manager instead took cancelled an entire meal and the 2 pies from our order leaving us with one meal for dinner. I honestly couldn’t believe how completely unconcerned they were with making things right

Came through at around 3:40 trying to order breakfast was told “yes we serve burgers here.” and that it would be another hour before breakfast. As a former overnight employee myself i’m disappointed in how the quality of work has fallen, when i was there we had 1 hour (2-3:00 maybe 3:30 if needed) to have breakfast out but definitely never at 5:00!

Idk if he just got real bad resting stank face or what, but the guy at the window with the bugged out eyes glaring at me and not saying a word while he handed me my food was pretty off putting. Idk if he skipped a few lessons in customer service or if he was just having a bad day, but he needs to sort his crap out before inflicting his visage on customers.

Ever since the remodel, this place's service has taken a massive hit. They took away most of the ordering counter inside and they barely pay attention to it. Even if you pick up an online order from inside, expect to wait.

i would just like to point out that i think this mcdonald’s has a lot of miscommunication when it comes to their customers. I called ahead 10 minutes before arrival to make sure the ice cream machine was working. They said it was and i don’t live far so i sent my significant other to get us both a sweet treat and within those 10 minutes the ice cream machine suddenly isn’t working. and considering this isn’t the first time it’s happened i’m quite disappointed. they need to either get a new machine or get workers that are a bit nicer and transparent.

Placed my order on line. Showed up to drive through. Had to wait 10 minutes just to tell them my on line order code. Now its been 20 minutes since I gave them the code. Just made it to pickup window to get my food. Been waiting at pickup window for over 10 minutes and just got my food.

Employee was embarrassing disturbing he was on his lunch break and stinking the whole dinner room up we hade to move the far away and the smell was there i can’t eat in a place with uncleanness

Ordered using the mobile app. Got my food after a 20 minute wait, my plain double cheeseburger had onions and pickles that plainly states on the tag that it was plain so there goes $4 straight into the garbage. The sprite tasted like carbonated water so 2 of the 3 items ordered were wrong or not edible.

Stopped to grab some food and sat in drive thru waiting and the employee at the 2nd window stops and asks us what we had and then we had to wait a little longer for our food despite we had ordered thru the McDonald's app. Didn't even get our sauce but food was all there.
