i would just like to point out that i think this mcdonald’s has a lot of miscommunication when it comes to their customers. I called ahead 10 minutes before arrival to make sure the ice cream machine was working. They said it was and i don’t live far so i sent my significant other to get us both a sweet treat and within those 10 minutes the ice cream machine suddenly isn’t working. and considering this isn’t the first time it’s happened i’m quite disappointed. they...

Stopped to grab some food and sat in drive thru waiting and the employee at the 2nd window stops and asks us what we had and then we had to wait a little longer for our food despite we had ordered thru the McDonald's app. Didn't even get our sauce but food was all there.

I like their biscuits and gravy. The biscuits are light and fluffy and the gravy tastes like something grandma would make. I really like that I can order my coffee with cream and sugar and they put exactly the amount I order in for me. That's a big help when I have to order my coffee through the drive thru.
