While the food was great and the people there, that was great.I felt bad for the ones that was working a busy saturday with very little pay and not enough help ! However, there were very welcoming to my bearded dragon John John !
I have gone to this McDonald's for years. Recently I have notice a considerable decline in staff service. During the past 6 times I've gone there they have forgotten my sauce for my meal. To some that may not matter but for others living too far away to where it would be a hindrance to just go back it is enough for a bad review

Door Dashed dinner tonight 12-28-2025 (Door dash part of service was great) and my husband found a long hair in his McDouble that he was eating. Went through on Friday 12-26-2025 and the workers were very stressed and seemed very overworked as it showed in their attitudes when I went in to ask about my order I was waiting on. This locations customer service seriously needs to be dealt with as well as training on food handling with proper protocols a being enforced.

I got home and took a few bites of my McRib and noticed a blue spot on my bun. Then I looked closer and saw there were more across the bun. Mold. 🤢. I followed your link but it’s broken McDonald.
Horrible experience with the use of an app and them being out of meat? No offer of exchange of food or nothing.. so we literally waited 16 minutes in the drive thru line for NOTHING!! Now we wait for our refund.. nice

I had a mobile order. I got in line and the car in front of me was trying to get her order but she had to wait for 3 customers in 3 different vehicles on the 2nd line before they asked for her order. Then she finally got to go forward. I pull up at the speaker and she tells me to hold on that she was trying to fix the order that had just been taken, in which; was fine but then right after that and I mean right after she told me to hold on she took the order from the 2nd line again and 2 more behind that one in the 2nd line. I was very aggravated by this point bc I was now running behind for my appt. Then when I finally get my order and I drive off. I take a sip of my coffee that was suppose to be black coffee and it was full of sugar and creamer. I was very displeased with McDonald's on Kickapoo in Shawnee, Oklahoma at this point!!! Every time I go to this McDonald's they always mess up my order. I will from now on just go to the one on Harrison. The reason I went to the one on Kickapoo was for convenience bc it was on my way to my appt. I'll just go out of my way next time and go to the one on Harrison in Shawnee, Okla. They aren't 100% accurate all the time but they're pretty near it.

Don't come here!!! 1) they don't do table service even though the app says they do. 2) they don't even have Lettuce for a big mac. 3) The male manager wanted to get attitude and walk away when complaining and left a visiting manager to deal with issue..
