Horrible experience with the use of an app and them being out of meat? No offer of exchange of food or nothing.. so we literally waited 16 minutes in the drive thru line for NOTHING!! Now we wait for our refund.. nice

I had a mobile order. I got in line and the car in front of me was trying to get her order but she had to wait for 3 customers in 3 different vehicles on the 2nd line before they asked for her order. Then she finally got to go forward. I pull up at the speaker and she tells me to hold on that she was trying to fix the order that had just been taken, in which; was fine but then right after that and I mean right after she told me to hold on she took the order from the 2nd line again and 2 more behind that one in the 2nd line. I was very aggravated by this point bc I was now running behind for my appt. Then when I finally get my order and I drive off. I take a sip of my coffee that was suppose to be black coffee and it was full of sugar and creamer. I was very displeased with McDonald's on Kickapoo in Shawnee, Oklahoma at this point!!! Every time I go to this McDonald's they always mess up my order. I will from now on just go to the one on Harrison. The reason I went to the one on Kickapoo was for convenience bc it was on my way to my appt. I'll just go out of my way next time and go to the one on Harrison in Shawnee, Okla. They aren't 100% accurate all the time but they're pretty near it.

Horrible customer service. I myself used my app at the front, and the man who came up acted as if I was a problem. Then, they went back to the kitchen, where they were playing provocative music. Then he came back to the front and huffed a here at me as he handed me my order in a way that almost made me drop it. A few seconds later, my grandpa came up to order something, and they completely ignored him. He then used the kiosk to order. All he wanted was a drink, and even after he ordered from the kiosk, they proceeded to ignore him. He then went up and grabbed the cup himself after waiting in a empty lobby for quiet sometime and after he got his cup the worked that had privacy treated me wrongly then proceeds to have the audacity to get on to my grandpa for grabbing his own cup because they were not doing their jobs. A customer who was sitting and eating then told us they did the same thing to him.
Waited 20 minutes for hotcakes and got them only to get down the road and see they didn't give a fork and we got ranch instead of syrup. Couldn't turn around because I had to be at work. When I called the manger acted like it was no big deal and not his fault.

Got chicken sandwichs that were old and the cheeseburger was supposed to be ketchup only it had pickles onions mustard and ketchup then when my kid looked in her happy meal they gave her extra fries when she should of got apple slices the entire order was wrong

Drive-Thru breakfast was very fast and kind!
