If I could give it 0 stars I would service is horrible and rude and messed up everything I asked for extra Carmel on my frappe and there is only a lil bit of Carmel and they asked for the receipt to double check we where not luring about the drinks we ordered bc they only gave us our food and not our drinks and closed the drive through door in our face

i usually come here in the morning and almost every time i do there’s this older lady working who is always so rude, and i have witnessed her being rude to employees as well. i’m going to assume she’s like a manager. idk her name or anything but her appearance is darker skin, and she’s older. i never really make reviews but i feel like the public should be aware and some grace to those employees she’s talking rudely and yelling at do as well. a lot of fast food managers really need to lower their ego, and stop running the place like the military. girl it’s mcdonalds.

Extremely rude! They processed our order on the app we pull up to pick it up and the rudest employee comes over the speaker and says we’re on system reboot be back at 4:30. That’s it. Nothing else.

Got food Poisoning from a Mc chicken meal. Definitely not ok.
Drive thru was not attended had to call store and ask if it was working. Drink was total carbonation and sausage biscuit was hard as a rock at 5:37 am and hashbrown tasted old as well. Was not given my receipt. Lady cleared the screen then asked me what was your order again…. Terrible experience

This was my go-to McDonald's until recently. I have been going through here early in the morning lately around 5:30 am. I have had to wait in the drive thru for up to 5 min before anyone responds. They are not utilizing the first drive thru window. What used to be fast at this McDonald's (5 min. Tops) now takes me upwards of 10 to 15 minutes to order and get through there. Plus, I order burritos, and they have hardly anything in them, and the tortilla is hard like it's old the last 3 visits. That early in the morning, they should be fresh.
