While the cookies/sweet treats they offer are good, I feel there's room for improvement when it comes to customer service. My experiences with the staff have been less than welcoming, as many seem to act as though helping customers is an inconvenience. Even interactions with the manager have lacked the friendliness you’d hope to find.
It makes me wonder if it’s the work environment itself that might be contributing to this attitude, as happy employees often lead to better customer experiences. I hope the business considers fostering a more positive atmosphere for both staff and customers alike—it could make a big difference!

Best place EVER! Looking for a snack or cookie cake for a celebration? The shawnee malls mrs fields is great! Good cookies made fresh that same morning and prices are great! Let me tell you they are an outstanding business. The manager is awesome too. The cookie cakes are also amazing too! Made same day and there so creative too! I LOVE THIS PLACE!
Parking: Plenty of spaces to park. Mrs fields is located in the mall by the Santa fe restaurant, straight in to the left hard to miss.
Kid-friendliness: 100% kid friendly, it's a cookie shop.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lower counter to go up to and order or go to regular counter to see everything and order normally.

I was in the mall today and thought about buying some cookies but while I was looking at the cookies the lady yelled at me very rudely they were closed and not open till noon. It was 5 minutes till 12. I will not be buying anything from here again.

I tried to by a cookie slice at around 11:30 this morning, and the lady working there was very rude. I politely asked if any of the cookie slices were available and was ignored as I stood there in awkward silence until she said they didn't open until noon. I walked away, but just 5 minutes later I walked by again and witnessed her making a sell to someone else, receipt and all when the store was supposedly not open yet. When I tried again, I was once again ignored until she spoke up and once again claimed they were not open until noon. I will not be buying anything from this location until this employee is either fired, or someone else takes the position.

I agree, one of the employees was rude and lazy! It was 7:30 and we went to go buy cookie sandwiches and a girl said “I don’t know how to do the icing” okay so we selected different cookies then she tried charging our card and didn’t know how to run the register, she must have been new. Then a second employee came to show her, the new girl told her I don’t know how to do the icing and the other employee said I will show you then proceeded to charge my card. I said “wait if you know how to do the icing…” she RUDELY interrupts me and said “let me finish this transaction” I said “right before you finish, if you can do icing I want to put my mini back and get a regular” she said RUDELY “I don’t know what you’re talking about you have a regular and a mini!” I said “Am I not making any sense?” My guess is she was incompetent or lazy or already cleaned everything before they closed and didn’t want to work. I’ll just take my business elsewhere which is probably what they would prefer.

Love this place! I could hardly choose from all the delicious looking treats in the case. Went with a caramel pecan chocolate chip cookie which was fresh and absolutely yummy! Shelby and the fella working the register, whose name I didn't catch, were both totally friendly! I also love that they have an ICEE machine! Perfect end to my Christmas shopping trip at the mall! ?

well 1st incident happend last year when I had ordered my son's birthday cookie cake and I went ahead and paid for it up front. Well when it came time to have the party and the party was in Seminole, and my husband went and picked up the cake at the mall while I was in Seminole trying to decorate, he calls me and says, well they said we didn't pay. I said yes I did, the manager girl, continued to argue and argue that she doesn't have anything saying we payed. so I got on the phone and tried to reminded her of when I came in and she instead of finishing helping me, she had some younger guy finish my orders, she said no she didn't remember me paying and she didn't have anything stapled to it that I paid.....I'm livid by this time, cause I know for fact I paid for it. So I finally found my receipt and took a picture of the recipit and sent it to him to show her!!!! and she told my husband, well she didn't have to be rude!!!!!! I think she's the one that's rude accusing her customers of not paying when they did!! And I think if she is the manager she should make sure she knows who paid and hasn't!!!
then here last week we were in the mall, and I told my kids, we can get a cookie and a iciee from cookie place, but I'm hoping that manager girl isn't there. well my husband said he would not at all get anything from there, but I thought well hopefully that rude girl won't be there. but yes she was and as we were walking up there she turns off the light and starts walking towards Santa fe. some other girl, I guess someone she knew, that was pretty nice, that answered me after I asked if she was closed. she said nicely she would be right back. so she comes back and turns back on the light and I tell her what we want and she is so bothered to having to help us! I'm so flaber gasted that someone that works and even better manages a public place and acts and treats her customers that way is beyond me...... ive always been taught to treat people way better than that.... doesn't seem like she's in the right field of work..... won't be going back
