A great hidden gem on the LV strip for a break in the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas.\nGreat food and reasonable prices [ for LV ] and make sure you ask for server Mellie - terrific service , friendly personable.\n\nRecommended the prime rib sandwich which was very filling - especially when it came with a small dish of french onion soup posing as au jus and the iceberg wedge salad - which Mellie recommended as just a small upcharge from the regular salad accompany

My wife and I decided to visit this Outback because we wanted the prime rib. Our server was prompt, and we ordered the Blooming onion and drinks to start, We were in the middle of eating our salads when out comes our prime rib dinners. I said that we have not even gotten our appetizer yet. His response was that he could take it back and put it under a heat lamp? Great. Our waiter shows up and says sorry about the mix up. I said what was the hurry, I hate being rushed like this....

First of all, Grandstand Grill does NOT take reservations. The “available times” offered by Open Table included a time 15 minutes before closing and 2 times when they are closed. (The manager was very curious how I made reservations since they do NOT partner or take reservations directly through any 3rd party booking company). Although we arrived 15 minutes before closing, we were seated quickly and courteously, and were not “rushed” in any manner. Food was good but not...
