We just ordered via drive through. The service was timely and Jason at the window was on point with making sure to provide our requested sauces, chopsticks, and drinks. Aloe provided our food, also making sure we had our sauces and chopsticks. Great service! 👍

I've ordered Panda Express twice in the last couple days. I got the honey sesame chicken both times. This is supposed to be a non spicy fish, yet both times it's been spicy. I can ignore one time as an honest mistake but both times? No, that's just wrong. Can't even eat most my meal cause you guys can't make your non spicy food actually not spicy. My tongue should not be burning from something that's supposed to be sweet.

Israel is AWESOME! He gave me a card to use in store for my next purchase and was super kind to me and my team everytime he comes by a coffee from our store. When I mentioned his name to the other Panda employees they immediately started talking about how much they loved working with him.

So I ordered some Panda Express because I was hungry and I was off work for the day. And I thought I was ordering delivery through the app but apparently it was pick up but it was completely my fault cuz I should have paid more attention. I called the store and the gentleman I talked to was extremely respectful and very helpful. I found a way for someone to pick up my food and bring it back but it would take an hour and he went out of his way to try to make sure my food stayed as fresh as possible it was definitely a positive experience. And this is one of my favorite restaurants so I definitely will be coming back.
