I ordered online thinking it would give them plenty of time to make our pizzas. Came to pickup my pizzas 25mins after I ordered. Came in and Nope, they are working on it. Sure, I'll wait. Then I received a text message 5 mins later saying it ready. Went back in and no only one was ready and was told to wait another 6 mins. So that means they didn't even have it made when I got there. Oh and it still wasn't ready until a total of 45 mins after I ordered online. They did try and offer a dessert free or 2 liter..which no didn't make up for it to me. Not even the $4 discount. My Hawaiian pizza didn't have bacon ..well at least that we could see. I also shouldn't have watched them send out a door dash order that was my big pizza, I've know she wasn't waiting 25 mins for her order but she sure got hers before I got mine. Doordash is really good about sending orders within 2-3mins of being ordered to their drivers....I've done it!

I went through the drive through. I asked for triple cheese. As I drove off i could tell by the weight of the box it was not triple cheese. Sure enough it was not, should have gone back but I was traveling to Amarillo Tx.

Ordered XL pizza yesterday through the app. Arrived at the specified pick up time, there was no employee to be found or in eye sight. Finally, an employee realized we were waiting at the pick up area, and gave us our pizza and bread sticks. Got home opened the box to find cold pizza that was even cut completely. Beyond this, I ordered a pepperoni and grilled chicken combination only to get pepperoni in the middle and grilled chicken around the outer edge. This was a total disappointment. Needless to say I won't be ordering any more pizzas from Papa Johns.

Pizza always tastes amazing and even when our order was accidentally wrong, it was fixed immediately with kind apologies and offered a free dessert as well. Customer service is great! We will keep coming back!

I love Papa Jhons dearly.. but this location just simply sucks so much i keep giving the benefit of Doubt and all i get is Disappointment as i write this review im still waiting on my order i placeed 1 hour ago a simple cheese pizza and its not just how long they take 7 out of my last 10 orders iv made have came to me under cooked makes you wonder why it takes an hour
Ordered a large pepperoni with extra sauce. Received almost a raw Pizza. Manager and employee were very friendly and offered coupons and offer to deliver to my area even though it's outside of their normal zone. That part was all great. I do commend them on their excellent service. However after remaking my pizza for the middle being raw, the second pizza was the exact same way. After using a coupon to get a large pizza for $8, I didn't feel right asking them to remake it yet again. So I left with my underdone pizza and stuck it in the oven and ended up with a terrible Pizza. I'll give them another shot one day soon but that took my appetite for pizza away for a bit.

Our pizzas that we ordered on May 29, 2024 at 12:44 p.m., were disgusting. There was so much sauce that the cheese was sliding off of the soggy crust. We couldn’t even be sure the crust was baked completely. The scant toppings were lost in the sauce. What they sent out was not edible. This was our first time in over a year ordering pizza here because of these very issues. This was our final time buying pizza here. We did find some humor in this visit: the sign on the drive by pick up window letting us know “Tips are really appreciated”
I have tried calling to speak with the manager, and messaging as well. This location has really gone down hill.

Wonderful experience the staff were amazing and could not have been happier with them who ever the manager is for the night, but he needs a raise kudos to him and his team is, he was tall and had glasses couldnt remember his name

I usually don't have any problems Doordashing here except for yesterday, 5/7/24. I went in to pick up my order and I didn't see anybody in there. So I thought I'd wait a little bit in case they went to go get something way in the back. About the time I was going to call the place, I stepped to the right far enough where I could see an employee sitting on a stool/chair on the far wall on her cell phone. I yelled so she could here me and asked if anybody was working. She came to the front and handed me the pizzas that were sitting on a shelf/rack. That means they were done before I even got there (getting cold). People need to stay off their phones when working. Or they need to get a door chime.

The employees and manager went above and beyond for us! We had an extremely bad experience with a different pizza place that night and just needed some dinner. When we expressed that while placing our order, they went way above and beyond to make sure our dinner experience was turned around. They did not have to but they did. Now THAT is customer service! We told them they have won our loyalty for pizza in shawnee!
