The employees and manager went above and beyond for us! We had an extremely bad experience with a different pizza place that night and just needed some dinner. When we expressed that while placing our order, they went way above and beyond to make sure our dinner experience was turned around. They did not have to but they did. Now THAT is customer service! We told them they have won our loyalty for pizza in shawnee!
I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni large pizza, because it was on special last night. I was surprised when I got it and it was all pepperoni. We also had to wait at the window for about 5 minutes because there was only one person working and he was in the bathroom. The pizza was good but it was suppose to be half and half but it was made all pepperoni. Also, I would say 1/3 of the pizza was undercooked and raw, so I had to throw it away. I’ve ordered here before and this was also a problem, undercooked pizzas seem to be a common problem here.

I’ve always had the best service at this Papa John’s. Fast, easy, just the way I like a lot of things in this life. I don’t know maybe when the dead awake in some sick apocalyptic scenario you’ll find me at this Papa John’s eaten fresh Pizza, and drinking a cold beer. Even though they don’t serve alcoholic beverages if they did well, I’d probably move next-door. Because if there’s two things in this life, I love its pizza and beer. What I’m trying to say is is that Papa John’s is the best pizza in town and if you don’t agree, well I understand. It’s hard to be wrong all the time but here we are…

So dissatisfied with Papa Johns! Downloaded online app, to place order. Built pizza, only to remember that the last time I ordered from there, they delivered me a pizza that had shifted in the box and all the toppings were on one side of the pizza! Lol Papa Johns manager offered to remake it, or give me a credit to make it right. Thank you. But, when I wanted to confirm the credit, it's not an available option online to know whether the credit is there. This requires talking directly to manager. Good for you, you offer the prompt to talk to manager, but after 7 separate calls, and being disconnected 7 times, I'm done trying! I'll just go get Chick filet instead!

Waited over an hour for pizza that finally arrived, looking like they pulled it out of the trash! All toppings had slid to the other side of the box and splattered all over the lids! Dough wasn't even cooked all the way through. John hung up on me twice!

We had some of the best pizza that we've had in a long time. Domino's Pizza is probably the worst. Papa John's Pizza has plenty of cheese and pepperoni! It's hard to get things to go anymore, we drive up order get home and it's absolutely wrong. We called our order in to Papa John's they told us 15 minutes, it was there in exactly 15 minutes when we pulled up to get our to go Pizza. I promise you if you go to Papa John's and have their Pizza you will want their pizza from now on! Try it you'll like it!

5 years ago I posted nothing but highest accolades for this place but the last 2x I’ve ordered from here it’s been awful. This most recent solidified the fact I will never order from here again - and I live literally right behind this location. The delivery is so slow, last time I ordered my order was delivered to the wrong house, when they re-fired my ticket they forgot 2 items from my original order and when I asked for a refund I was not issued one. So I paid $17 to have my pizza taken to the wrong house and the refire being incomplete. Dominoes might be more expensive but at least I get my order in a timely manner and it’s correct, and hot.

I called an order in and had a discount card. When I called it in the rep stated to let the local chain know about the card. When I went in to pick up my order at 8:30PM on a Sunday night and they would not honor the discount and only offered me a little bit of money off of my order. I was told next time to call the restaurant directly which is what I thought I did.
