The steak is so good here. I always order the top sirloin. They cook it just right and the seasoning is really good. The pricing is comparable to Texas Roadhouse. Had dessert once was not a fan.
Everyon is wonderful there except the lady manager in charge of seating. She is absolutely horrible to everyone, including the staff. I watched her chew out the poor lady up front to the point she almost cried. Not sure why they keep her. Must be related to the owner.
Tonight was our first time at Paul's since moving here two months ago from Kansas. Amber was our waitress, and she was patient with us as we looked over the menu. She did a great job, and we were very pleased with her service. We did have to send my husband's ribeye back once and my steak medallions back twice because they were undercooked. Regardless, the steaks were really good once the kitchen got it right. I asked for a chocolate martini and the bartender came...
