Horrible service blamed on their system, I will be contacting corporate office, charged too much she charged us fries that went to combo, was no manager on duty so they didn't know how to fix, then manager for on the phone yelling at us when we was charged wrong, and they said we would have to wait on manager to get back to the restaurant. We was already waiting twenty minutes in drive thru. I will never come again

Wasn't happy with the attitude from the drive thru girl all the way to my order. Red beans and rice with 4 biscuits, my favorite. Over $12 seemed overpriced compared to menu. $2 a biscuit? really. You lost my business to Crispy Chicken at the Guthrie Travel Center. Deuces.

Popeyes makes my favorite chicken strips. Every single location has absolutely horrible service. Not a single employee has ever had a good attitude. On top of that, they are overpriced. $15 for 5 strips. I think I’ll give up ever going back.

This place was rocking when it first opened back up. They closed down opened back up with new management and team members. This place is being run into the ground and soon out of business if someone doesn't get a hold of these individuals. Store is dirty, people are just setting around, looks like people live in the store, food has went to garbage, they actually closed the fryer hour and half before closing, refused to cook food, hours are not consistent, like there isn't a manager at this site.

Stood inside for 20 minutes watching 5 or 6 employees doing absolutely nothing. The girl taking the order was eating and drinking the entire time. Very rude. The girl handling the food is more interested in singing and dancing than making food she dropped the tongs and tried to reuse them another patron stopped her. They fixed my order and sat it on the counter to only then realize they had to fries and then danced back to the freezer to make some. Will my food sat for 20 minutes out of the heat waiting for fries most terrible Popeyes by far and that says alot

Chicken was disgusting & the fries were soggy, did not taste like it did when i was kid. Set in drive thru for 15min, & the cashier was rude. I'm guessing she was mad that she has to work. Really think this place needs to shut down.

The customer service was disappointing, the staff member assisting me was brief and unhelpful in her responses, with long pauses between replies. It took approximately seven minutes to order just two items.

I understand that everyone can have an off day, and perhaps that was the case here. However, I hope steps can be taken to improve the customer service experience moving forward.

horrible costumer service we waited at the counter for about 10 minutes before ordering no one said anything along the lines “i’ll be with you in just a minute” but we got our food there we’re out of 5 sauces including honey we weren’t informed until we asked for it then we went to sit down and every table was dirty and had crumbs we had to wipe our own table there drive thru was also closed they had no straws out for drinks so we had to ask for them we were not pleased.

My quarterly visit and it never fails to disappoint. Someone sitting in drive thru waiting, I pulled up behind them and waited 10 minutes before I went around, and they still hadn't taken their order. Go inside, and the guy is SO high he doesn't understand my simple order that I want
Needless to say, I won't be back to shawnee for a while.

Don’t waste your time. We finally just drove off.

Drove to the drive thru and nobody helped me. Went inside and 4 people was working. From the time I ordered and received my food, it was 24 mins later. My chi Ken was sitting on the counter inside a Popeye to go box. All they was waiting for was biscuit and redheads and rise. By the time I received my food, the chicken was cold already.

The service here is really slow one person took them 15 min. They do not ever greet you or acknowledge the person in line. The last time we came in the people working were standing at the desk in back on their phone! The poor guy up front was swamped and they did not help him out. They should be asking the customer if they need to be helped! The loud obnoxious singing doesn’t help.
