Biscuits should NOT BREAK YOUR TEETH! We should have turned around and left when we arrived because it began with a bad start. The carpet is so worn down that it has a black trail where they walk. My wife ordered a dish (bowl) that’s supposed to have rice, but it was missing. Only after asking where it was were we told they were out. Why did I have to ask? That’s bad enough but at the end of the meal, I took a bite out of a biscuit and there was a huge cracking noise! One of my teeth was broken off from eating a biscuit!!! The manager said he would comp the meal, but as we were leaving, he apologized and said he was told by someone that he was not allowed to do that, so we had to pay. My attorney will handle this one.
Chelsea was so sweet and helpful for my dinner. Great service and hospitality!

Baked potato was awful, overcooked and skin inedible. The grilled shrimp and the shrimp in the fettuccine‘s were so overdone and chewy we could hardly eat them. Pretty disappointed, and this is one of our favorite Red Lobsters. Our waitress Hayley? was good though!
