Here for a late lunch. Was not busy and was seated immediately.
Server was at my table quickly and took my drink order. Allowed me some time to figure out what I wanted. Took my order quick and efficiently. Ordered the three meat dinner.
Food was out fairly quick. Asked for extra crispy fried okra and it was. Brisket was lean like I like it. Pulled pork and smoked chicken were good. Green beans were kinda bland. Pickles and bread with the meal.
Music was rather loud, which is my only complaint. Taste of food overcame that minor problem.

After spending $80 plus for meals you would think A) The portion sizes would be decent. B) The food would arrive warm C) The Fish meal would not be overcooked. I could go on and on, it's very upsetting and they weren't busy. A plus?? The service was good. Sadly it seems it's everywhere, not that they or any restaurant cares anymore, they get their money. Frustrating, we received the same results at the restaurant in McAlester. Next time his family will try elsewhere. Here's hoping your visit is better than ours.

I went here on a friday and got the chicken nachos, it gave me some kinda of food poisoning ive been sick ever since. Its been 4 days and CANNOT get off the toilet. But the service was amazing the dude serving me was super nice and cool and it definitely wasn't his fault and everything else was amazing.

We're from out of town & met family for dinner. I had the sliced brisket platter & the brisket wasn't as tender as I expected but the rest of the family had the Motherlode, loaded spud and cribwich. They all were pleased. Service was great. I'd definitely go back.

We came in tonight as we do about twice a month. The young lady at the front was very nice and seated us right away. Our server was very professional and nice as well. However, our food was cold when we received it and when we told our server, she immediately apologized and asked if she could get us something else. I requested to speak with the manager. When the manager came out she had an awful attitude as though we were inconveniencing her. I told her about our food being cold and she insinuated that I only wanted our meal free. We paid for our meal and left and will not be returning. Shame on you
Nice special for $11.99, chips and salsab, pulled pork sandwich and a drink. So much I had to take home leftovers.

8 tables in the whole restaurant and 3 servers. Took 10 mins to be greeted then another 5-10 to get our drinks. Burger came out without brisket! The service is very slow there were people standing at the front for 15 minutes before they were taken to a table. DO BETTER!!!

I keep thinking the Shawnee, OK Rib Crib can’t get any worse. They must take it as a challenge. I made a Rib Crib app order (my mistake…again) and ordered the bbq cheese burger with a side of okra. I learned the “to go” bbq burger only comes with meat and cheese, no sauce of any kind and no vegetables. I guess the sides of okra only come with 8 pieces now. Being the gluten for punishment I am, I ordered a Blackberry fried pie. I didn’t see it happed, but I can only assume based on the pie I received, they get stepped on before being placed in the box. My drink was surprisingly good, so they at least get the 1 star I’m forced to give. I’ve waisted WAY too much money on to go ordered here. They also didn’t put in my ketchup or bbq sauce.
