I took my wife to Rib Crib in Shawnee, we were seated right after 2 people in front of us. They got waited on about 5 minutes. Then got their food. We had been there for about 15 to 20 minutes , I finally asked someone who worked there if anyone was our waitress she said something and went on. After another 10 minutes we decided to leave, the service was non existent there were maybe 6 people including us their, we were snubbed and will never be back. I'm sorry we went to Brick town Brewery, set down and we're waited on in 2 minutes, they had our drinks in 4 minutes and took our order. So no I will never go back to the Rib Crib on Kickapoo in Shawnee, I don't like being snowed.

Traveling from Arizona, we were tired and hungry and this place did not disappoint. Service was AMAZING and our service was spectacular. Good came out fast and hot and was absolutely delicious!!

Had a sandwich with hot link and brisket. Spicy treat on a cloudy day. Luch specials rock. My only draw back was the music. A taste thing.

At first, when we started going here, we were excited because it was good and had good service. The last 3 times in a row, food has been burn and excuses were made. The service was not great but not the worst service we ever had at a restaurant.

Their front lobby for over five minutes multiple servers walked by and nobody could even greet us just walked around like they didn’t see anyone up front they wasn’t busy they only had 3 tables in the building
