Schlotzsky's Reviews
Sandwiches were soggy and I noticed when I got home that there was a .99 cent charge on my receipt that says service fee. Not knowing what it was for I called the store employee who answered was so rude said he has no idea what it is doesn't see it on any other receipt then tells me to bring it back to the store and he will look at it because he's slammed right now and doesn't have time for it.
You will wait forever in line. Slow!
Went in to the store it was very busy and we got the wrong order, we live in Ada so we didn't find out if was wrong until we were home. We called the store they were very polite and had already realized they'd made a mistake. This was all the way back in March. Then all the covid closures shut everything down. Schlotzsky's is a restaurant known for its diverse menu, offering a variety of tasty options. Customers often praise the Broccoli and Cheese soup, the refreshing Iced Tea, and the Cinnamon Rolls. Many appreciate that it’s a good place to take a break from deep-fried dishes and enjoy a satisfying meal. The restaurant also features sandwiches, including a Turkey option, though one customer found the Turkey to be too peppery to eat. The staff at Schlotzsky's, especially the helpful counter worker, are often praised for their kindness and going above and beyond to provide good service. The signature bread makes their sandwiches especially marvelous, and salads like the Chicken Caesar are fresh and well-made with excellent dressing, greens, cheese, and grilled chicken. However, some customers mention that service can be slow at times, such as waiting nearly half an hour for soup and a salad. Recently, a customer discovered that Schlotzsky's no longer offers rye buns, which was disappointing since they wanted a Pastrami on Rye. Instead, they received a Reuben, which they did not like due to the sauerkraut and sauce. Overall, Schlotzsky's provides a variety of tasty options and a friendly atmosphere for those seeking a casual dining experience.
