What can is say below is what we threw in the trash. Order a cookie as well specifically asked if the filling was cream cheese. Told no it was a frosting filling and got half down the the road and guess what cream cheese. Then wanted to charge me to swap out the cookies. Best part of the meal was the pickle

I had the most horrible experience here watch out for the manager with patchwork jeans, brown t-shirt, and no name tag because they are not a corporate restaurant they are owned by his family. We came in one evening to eat and our meat was not cooked in the middle it was still cold, this manager was out back doing who knows what. He came walking in and actually walked past me I had to ask him if he was the manager because I didn't know...he didn't have a name tag or anything that had to do Schlotzsky's after he verified he was the manager and then said the reason why my service is so bad and the meat wasn't hot was because they were short-staff. So I asked if your short-staffed why aren't you up here why are you hanging out outside in the back!? This place has gone absolutely downhill I would never spend my money here!!! At this point I'm ready to call the health department on this place and the way I was treated do not waste your money!!!! I do not trust restaurants that have their employees wearing pajamas walking around with no name tag and because their family owned they can do what they want. Well you're not getting my money ever!!! This is by far the worst restaurant I reviewed!
40 mins in the drive through. Waited 5 mins and finally said hello? They then addressed us. We ordered a sandwich and a child’s pizza meal.
We hadn’t been here in about 20yrs and were excited for the nostalgia. It looked nothing like it’s supposed to from the cookies to the pizza. Cookies were ice cold and over cooked. Assuming they were grabbed from a fridge and sat out, but at least do room temp or warm them?
The pizza was a half one in a styrofoam container and blobs of cookies.
The pizza tasted fine thankfully, but this was a very poor experience.

The sandwich was okay, but I had to remind them several times about the kids eat free promotion on the door. A friend and I walked in to order, they took her order, we reminded them of the promotion, she paid. I stepped up to order, and they cut me off to answer the phone and take an order. They proceed to roll their eyes and argue with the customer on the phone. When I get to order, they forgot the promotion and had to refund and re-ring the order. Once we were done, we asked for togo boxes- twice, and they proceeded to only offer paper to wrap the sandwiches. They informed us they don't give out togo boxes. Way too expensive and too much hassle to deal with that when we're the only ones in the store.

10/10 would recommend. I walked in and the staff welcomed me, and I hesitated as I didn’t know what to order yet. Whoever was behind the register was very polite, and offered assistance as well as suggestions on what they thought was good. I ended up getting a chicken salad, which was prepared entirely with care. The meal was delectable, delicious, everything I had come to the restaurant for. I will be back, and most definitely coming here for my lunch break daily.

Restaurantji Recommends
Ordered the large Albuquerque Turkey with no tomatoes. To my disappointment when I got home it was on sourdough not the jalapeno cheese bun it was supposed to. It looked like they took the portion for a medium and slid it onto the large bun. Hardly any roasted peppers and missing the signature sauce. The wife’s Apple Harvest Turkey looked a lot better, but was missing the fig jam and Vidalia onion dressing.

I’ve ordered here many times. While the sandwiches are pretty good, the other items, especially the calzones are absolutely terrible. They use a thick flat bread and fold it in half like you would a taco. The protein is barely there (5-6 pieces TOPS) a couple pieces of veggies and absolutely NO FLAVOR. Overall disappointing. I would not recommend Schlotzkys for anything but their sandwiches.

The baked potato soup was good, and the Reuben sandwich was good, but would have been better if they would have prepared it the way I ordered it. They prepared it as it is on the menu. I asked for spicy mustard instead of thousand Island dressing because I don't like sweet on my sandwich. The churros tasted like they were made the day before. They were cold and tough. Do not order. They were not brought to us with our order, we had to go up and get them. Schlotzsky's in Stillwater closed, and I can see why. Need to pay attention to details.
