Definitely not a fan....... My husband & I wanted to try this coffee since we never had. Customer service was subpar & likewise the coffee. Although we expressed to the rep that we had never experienced their coffee, she did not appear enthusiastic about winning our business. When asked about the various coffee's, the rep seemed agitated & irritated. We placed our order but after trying the product, we vowed that we would not be back

I don’t usually have a lot of money for coffee. But today is Veterans Day and I got an email about a free medium coffee drink for veterans. I thought surely it was gonna be just like Starbucks just a hot cup of coffee but now they said any drink!! I told them I was so thankful if they just made me something delicious I’ll be grateful. And boy was I today they made me a daydreamer hot Coffee beverage. It was so delicious!! I’m gonna start supporting scooters from here on out. Thank you for caring about your veterans!! You now have a loyal customer!

Wonderful people!!! Strawberry ice was great. Not too sweet! It tasted like real strawberries were in it. She answered my questions and was patient in explaining exactly what things were like since it was my first visit. Thank you!

The drive thru faces west so no sun in your face. So you get a great cuppa with no blinding sun. That for me is a bonus.

I went here while I was in Shawnee for camp! The staff here were so kind! I have celiac disease and I got the smores latte and asked if they knew the syrups were gluten free. The baristas went above and beyond to ensure every single thing that went into my latte was gluten free and I really appreciate that! And the latte was delicious.

I asked for light ice in my iced drink...it was warm. I understand that more ice means colder....but for an iced drink to be served warm with no ice was overkill.
