Went to get two drinks, go through the drive through since all we wanted was two drinks. We were then told they could take orders in the drive through, as a car was sitting in the drive thru. So we pulled into a stall and pushed the button to order. Waited more than 5 minutes and no one took our order while cars placed their orders in the drive thru we were just told we couldn’t use.

I was recently an employee at this sonic. In the time that I was there I did not get the proper training that I needed. The general manager did not work with me on my schedule with me being highschool. Overall it was not a great place, and some of the employees are not the best either.

Food is either too salty or overcooked or they get the order totally wrong. The managers that I have dealt with are rude and as if I should be grateful to them. I would suggest that if anyone has a problem to call the corporate office and report it.If they get enough complaints they will take over and fix it
