I had the misfortune of ordering the “Salted Carmel Toffee Croissant Bites”. When we got home, I found they were missing the Carmel and toffee sugar dusting that was advertised. They gave me two orders of dry fried dough; with being only two ingredients, it was missing the most crucial ingredient.

Ridiculous they need a new intercom they apparently can't hear you ordering food so they just bring you something in a sack and they charge you 15.00 for the wrong order inconsiderate and unprofessional worst experience with sonic ever

Place is so broke they now charge 25cents for a tiny ranch and can't give more than a single napkin and they stopped handing out mints.
I remember Sonic's from when I was a young girl, They always put plastic animals in your drinks. Everyone collected them. They would bring your order to your car on roller skates. It was an event to go to Sonic. A real treat. Now it's just another fast food joint. They're not even all alike anymore. What happened to those days? Now it's average food, fast, at a high price, I'm not that old. What happened to pulling into a full service gas station& getting service with a smile, the going to Sonic for a cold drink & getting entertained from the guys , & girls on roller skates, and getting a little prize in your drinks. Where has it all gone. Nobody can get today's youth to even get a job. Do they even skate anymore? Or is it all cell phones, computers & social media? Sad day.
