Love the fries! Okay so its not health food, but Sonic really hits the spot for me when I custom order a hamburger with extra lettuce and tomato. In fact I order all of their sandwiches with extra lettuce and tomato. I really like the chicker wraps, and oneI had a few weeks ago was so perfect! The vegetables at that particualr time were super fresh and crunchy and just gave the wrap a fantastic flavor.
I think highly of their junior double cheeseburger, especially with bacon!

I visited the Sonic on N Kickapoo in Shawnee and placed a simple drink order — a large Sprite with no ice, flavored with blood orange, vanilla, and sweet cream. While the drink itself was made correctly and tasted good, the service time was very disappointing.
It took 15 minutes to receive my order, which is far too long for a single drink. At a drive-in known for quick service, this delay was frustrating and made the experience less enjoyable. Accuracy was there, but speed was not.
This location needs to improve on efficiency, especially when handling straightforward orders. A 15-minute wait for one drink is not acceptable, and I hope management addresses this issue.

One of these is not like the other. They are supposed to be the same. I paid for the full size Ultimate Meat & Cheese and got a Jr, or more like a taquito sized, with a piece of bacon. This sonic has been bad again for a while. Sonic in general has really gone down hill. No more Sonic for me.

I went there after work. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting on my food and asked them where my food was she said it would be right out and she was the only one working. I seen 3 other people walking around in there. I ended up leaving and going to Arby’s. It’s the worse sonic EVER!! It’s not the first time I had to wait on my food either. DONT GO THERE!!

Always show and generally rude as a rule which is unfortunate. 6/3/25 Nothing has changed here. What exactly is the point of ordering ahead if you still wait half an hour? There are 4 cars here besides me, 1130 on a Tuesday. It isn't busy at all. But one person has received their order since I pulled in. I literally come like once every 6 months bc I know it stinks but I treat my kids to a drink sometimes. Every time I am reminded of why I shouldn't. Currently there's a guy with glasses taking pictures. Thats productive.

Ordered 2 footling chili cheese coney missing the requested onions and relish. The employee asked if I was sure I went to the one by OBU. Yes, I describes my vehicle. Of course they said to come back k and they'll fix. The pre-closer is new. Not acceptable. No excuse. That doesn't fix the problem. Stop blaming the customer for the employee not doing the job.
