Ordered a Sonic Blast. Supposed to have reeses peanut butter cups in it.

Let's just say my vanilla ice cream shake was mediocore at best.

Sonic in my opinion has just gone down hill since the 90's. All of them. They don't seem to care about the time it takes or the quality of the food they serve. This location gets orders wrong alot. And when you open that foil wrapper it's just like the threw it all in and folded it up. Tots are super bitter like the oil is bad. Came out cold like they had been put in the bag and held there captive till my burger was thrown in with it. Asked to pull forward to wait and there wasn't even a line.

They messed up the burgers we ordered was told they would fix it been waiting 30 minutes for them to fix it the little girl on the speaker is a smart ass and has no need to be answering the speaker or dealing with customers and being disrespectful to customers..

Extremely grossed out! Food was gross!
When I brought this to the manager Kim she spoke to me in a very rude manner. Not to mention no gloves we were worn when the process of food was made and handled. All I saw was employees goofing off and play fighting among one another in the kitchen not very professional. Kim needs to change her attitude towards paying customers and actually work and not goof off in the kitchen. Do Better Sonic!

If you go there please check your order before you leave this sonic is notorious for getting orders wrong even when it’s right on the ticket they couldn’t even make a grilled cheese sandwich right and they’re groovy fries aren’t so groovy when they’re hard as a rock completely overcooked

We ordered 2 burger combos. Our food was kinda cold and we waited a bit too long to get the food. My fiancés burger hardly had any chili on it, it’s like they added sprinkles of chili instead of an order of chili to the burger. The runner was nice and apologized for the delay. The drink combo I got was really good. I ordered blue Powerade with light blood orange and it was the PERFECT combo. Usually when I order light flavor it’s way over powering, so I really appreciated this.

This location has struggled all week with long waits, even when not crowded. What took the cake for me is that today they weren't taking online orders or accepting payment other than cash. I opted to manually place my order anyway.

When I got to the window, they refused to honor the 50% drink coupon that is always active on the app. The manager talked like it was my fault for ordering too many drinks, so she couldn't honor the pricing. Then she said I should have ordered from another Sonic on the app, and then come to this store, and THEN they would have honored the price. I had 6 drink in total, and they couldn't remember what each was, and didn't use the buttons on top to keep them straight. I ended up having to mark my own drinks as the line grew behind us.

Sorry, but $20 for 6 drinks and awful service isn't worth it. I could have gone to the Domino next door for sodas and done better, but felt like I was essentially being held hostage due to agreeing to to cash order initially. I don't plan on returning to thie location until it's obvious management has made a change.

This Sonic is slowwwwwwwww!!! I usually don’t waste my time with reviews buuuut, first time they were slow I was like maybe it’s a bad day or not enough staff. 2nd time waited 20 mins for two large sweet teas!!! I had to go inside and they had about 10 ppl standing there smh. New management asap!!!
