This Sonic has miserable employees.
We ordered and waited 30 minutes.. Asked if they got our order and we were told they would remake it and have it right out?..
The Medium Sonic Blasts had a single scoop of topping and were basically just Vanilla Shakes.
Not to mention the cups had holes in the bottom of them and when we asked for extra cups to hold the damaged leaking cups the car hop came out without a word handed the cups over and walked away.
Waste of money and an hour of time.
Retrain your staff and start over.. Seriously.

The Sonic on Harrison, close to downtown is worthless now. Customer service sucks. Would rather burn your food than talk to you. Sells you old tots.

It took 17 minutes to get a medium drink that had already been paid for. They were not very busy. I am very glad I did not order food from them

Sonic in my opinion has just gone down hill since the 90's. All of them. They don't seem to care about the time it takes or the quality of the food they serve. This location gets orders wrong alot. And when you open that foil wrapper it's just like the threw it all in and folded it up. Tots are super bitter like the oil is bad. Came out cold like they had been put in the bag and held there captive till my burger was thrown in with it. Asked to pull forward to wait and there wasn't even a line.

They messed up the burgers we ordered was told they would fix it been waiting 30 minutes for them to fix it the little girl on the speaker is a smart ass and has no need to be answering the speaker or dealing with customers and being disrespectful to customers..

Extremely grossed out! Food was gross!
When I brought this to the manager Kim she spoke to me in a very rude manner. Not to mention no gloves we were worn when the process of food was made and handled. All I saw was employees goofing off and play fighting among one another in the kitchen not very professional. Kim needs to change her attitude towards paying customers and actually work and not goof off in the kitchen. Do Better Sonic!
