Santa Claus at 10:30 it is 9:08 they are not even open all of the internal lights are on but no one's home scratch that there's Mike box was not working properly and the lady came out and let me know

If there was a way to leave negative stars, this was the time to press the button on that option. Place an app order w/all personal info and order details. I selected my order be ready 25 minutes after placing my order. After completing an errand I made it to the store at my designated time. This is when I was informed, “we ran out of smashed burger patties, what do you want in its place?” Again, they have personal info (PHONE NUMBER), give someone a courtesy call before they take the time to drive into town to pick up their order but only be told they don’t have two main items which were ordered. I was asked, “so what do you want to sub them out with?” I said, “cancel my entire order, I don’t need anything at all.” Very poor communication and this location is notorious for being out of X, Y, and Z all of the time!!! Truly a joke and a waste of time ??

My 2 biggest problems as a dasher with most Sonics is the Corey's not coming in a bag/sack so your trying to carry extra besides one or two sacks of food and several drinks, and the other is not bringing a drink carrier for 3 or more drinks and the shakees have a domed lid that doesn't stay on.

Horrible management. I went in and got two cheeseburgers with a coupon buy one get one free. They were raw when I got home Plum across town which was over 5 Mi away so I tried to call and they said I did not come through that place and I was like yeah I did come through and so I had to drive back up there they never gave me a receipt so I had to show them on my cash app where I paid they never apologized on the phone or when I drove in. So I was pretty upset and with no apology she ask so do you want the burgers or your money. I said well i wanted the burgers and you shpuld throw in a drink for all my troubles. She rudely said we will make your burgers with a snarl and closed the window. so I yelled out at her a foul name and said never mind give me my money back and I'll go elsewhere. Then i ask for my coupon in which she says they throw away. I said well i cant leave without it and she went and got it and brought it to me. From my recollection sonic used to have a pouch they put them in and send them back to corporate but maybe the 4 sonics i worked at over the years were not owned by the same ppl. I recommend this person not be a manager because she definitely does not know how to handle complaints. Has horrible customer service. Said she looked through the orders and mine was not there bc i said they did not give me a receipt but she had the receipt when i showed her my cashapp showing i paid. I've worked at Sonic I frequent Sonic I just moved to Shawnee and have now been to 3 sonics and trust i will skip this one until i hear it is under new mgmt

I recently visited Sonic and had the pleasure of being served by Sarena. The service was exceptional! Sarena was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, even checking in to see if I needed anything else. I was impressed by their professionalism and positive attitude. I highly recommend Sonic and commend Sarena for their outstanding service. I'll definitely be returning soon!

Are drink carriers really that hard of a concept? You say you have to select a drink carrier or ask for one but when I do I still don't get one. Wouldn't it be common sense if someone has 3 or more drinks a drink carrier is kind of a necessity? I mean one person in a car with an order of up to almost 5-6 drinks at a time and a regular customer and request drink carriers consistently and never get them. But the car hops are super excited to pop some attitude about it. Only good employee is the male in his 20-30's who is friendly and actually attempts to provide good service and HE WILL GIVE YOU A DRINK CARRIER!!!!! I've gotten past me paying for extra flavor or fruit and never getting it but really tired of having to balance my drinks across my parking lot and yard into the apartment complex. I shouldn't have to horde drink carriers because they are to lazy to provide or order the. Hell that if the stall are actually working. You all just reopened from renovations how can it still be such a disaster.

So I ordered the sausage egg and cheese, I took 3 bites into it looking for the sausage and cheese. It was mainly rolled up egg in a tortilla. I called them on the speaker the manager said there's plenty on there. Where I ate half of it and it was just made horrible. She wouldn't remake one for me and just stared. I did get a refund though. But will not go there again. The other Sonics are way better and nicer people. Sonic on Harrison makes the breakfast burritos better.??

RUDE. And press the dang button while you're talking so we can hear you instead of bits and peices. 20 minute wait in a stall for 2 carbonated drinks? If you didn't rush people through their order, and act like its such an inconvenience when they have a large order, it would go alot smoother for you when we order. Next time ill go through the drive thru with my larger orders because apparently y'all hate large orders either way?

I am a type 1 diabetic and have to closely monitor the amount of carbohydrates in the foods/drinks that I consume. If I cannot or am unable to do this, I will experience dangerous blood sugar levels that have the potential to land me in the hospital. To simplify this process, I usually order diet drinks, which usually contain 0 carbohydrates.This evening, I placed an order for a diet cherry limeade and a regular limeade in the sonic app. Upon receiving my order, neither drink was marked with the diet tab pressed down on the lid. I asked the car hop if she knew which one was diet, and she said she did not before walking away.Because of this, there was no way for me to safely consume either beverage with certainty that I was drinking the right one. Should I have chosen to do so and been wrong, it could have meant a medical emergency for me. I elected to not drink either drink, making this purchase 1. A waste of time 2. A waste of money.This is not the first time that this has happened at this location. This is a repeated issue that can all be avoided by pushing down a tab on a lid. This repeated lack of attention to detail is astonishing.

I specifically asked for no pickles on my cheeseburger and they were kind enough to put three on there and I didn't find this out until I left Shawnee and got home. It even said no pickles on my receipt, It's just sad that they can't read.

I go to this Sonic pretty often but am pretty disappointed in today’s order. I ordered a medium ched r peppers (so I could split them with someone else) and just got home to find out they only gave me 4. I’ve tried to call 4 times and it’s like a busy/out of order tone. If they weren’t so expensive, it wouldn’t be a big deal, but I basically paid $1.25 per cheddar pepper pre-tax. Also, the one I got to eat had some weird looking stuff.
