Really had a nice time and I was surprised at how reasonable the meals for two was.

The food is deplorable. This is not sushi. Pork dumpling made from the same dumpling you’d use with chicken and dumplings. I highly recommend those in charge visit a sushi restaurant to better understand. A waste of 80 dollars. Service was good and friendly but the food was a waste of money. If you eat sushi on a regular basis…don’t do it.

Stumped in for some late night sushi after a casino event. Wonderful service and good sushi!

Fun and tasty twist to sushi! The food is amazing! I was visiting for work and made a visit twice, once in the restaurant and once to go. The location is a little hard to find through the casino but it’s well worth the search! The service is the best!! I had the spicy tuna and a pork dumpling. They dumplings are big enough to be a meal!

I was expecting exactly what you would expect from a sushi spot in a hotel and casino in the heart of America, but was pleasantly surprised. The menu is limited, but the chef will make any staple roll. If you don't want American food and you're staying at the Grand, check it out!

(Side note that was really odd but funny; we ordered a side of Edamame and it came out in a bowl. No pods, just beans and a spoon for each of us...)

Enjoyed everything about this place. Food was good, service was good. They can make any sushi roll you care for, which was nice, as the menu itself is not too extensive. If you get the dumplings, they are very large. A meal in themselves. And very tasty. The bacon pineapple fried rice was really good and an interesting twist. Three thumbs up from me and the fam!

The food was great! The miso black cod was made to perfection!! Will definitely come back!

Very good food. They can do custom rolls, with all kinds of sauces they make in house. I had the spider roll and the spicy tuna roll, both were fantastic.

The staff was great. The proximity to the sushi bar even from most of the tables allows for communicating with the chefs themselves, although the servers were very knowledgeable about the menu and special items.

All in all, fantastic experience and i highly recommend coming to this restaurant.

To begin, this is not the same restaurant from before the closing. The menu has been changed entirely, and unfortunately not for the better.

The menu is packed with fancy ideas that sound interesting. The plating looks nice, but the execution falls flat. The prices are on par with upscale options in downtown OKC, but neither the atmosphere nor the quality justify that.

There is no drink menu. House sake is only served by the shot. The sushi menu has a handful of house rolls, but nearly none of the standard classics. Rather than wasabi and pickled ginger, sushi rolls were served with picked sugar beets. Spicy tuna was packed with extra options that sound trendy but mostly took away from the roll. The panko crumb frying does have potential at least.

The staff is nice enough, but things were disorganized. Issues such as sake serving size weren't mentioned until after service.

Didn't get around to trying fried rice or desserts, but the sushi and pickle plate were just unimpressive enough that I'm not inclined to go back and try. There are better options on site.

Unfortunately this ended up being the most disappointing sushi I've had all year. Soto used to be more organized, had a good mix of classic and unique menu items, and the unique options were actually good. Now it seems like nothing but a gilded hot mess.

We loved Soto. We tried many different dishes and loved them all. Our server, Sadie, was awesome. The head chef even came out to chat with us. These guys have it figured out! We had zero expectations for the restaurants in the casino, since it was just an overnight hotel for us on a road trip, but they knocked our socks off!
