Our granddaughter held her baby shower here today for about 40 people. It turned out GREAT! Perfect venue for something like this: plenty of room and tables/chairs, A/C worked well (as it was over 90F), good food and coffee. Greta the owner was so easy to work with and makes a wonderful host! We’ll be back to sample lunch soon too.
I absolutely love the food and coffee here. Greta makes my favorite coffee (Wild Cowboy) that I crave and that my 6 year old begs for. The spicy ham is my go to sandwich that always makes me come back for more. If you haven’t tried it you are missing out.
The Speak8ery is a great spot in Shawnee! Stop by to get a delicious caffeinated beverage or grab brunch or lunch! The space is also available to rent out for private events. The owner is super friendly and can answer any questions you have. Make sure you try the frozen cocoaspresso. (Frozen hot chocolate with a shot of espresso). Or, if you really like espresso, the Tornado is another great coffee bev! Check it out if you are in Shawnee!
