Val was great she took my order and made sure my order was correct. Tyler made drinks so fast and yummy! We forgot my daughter’s drink so we went through the drive through. Vanna served with such a sweet voice and quick service! Definitely a turn around experience from the one I had a few years ago. Thank you 🥰🥰😊😊

First let me say I’m sorry for my complex drink order however. IN WHAT WORLD DOES THAT MEAN THAT SOMEONE CAN BITE INTO MY DANISH! I ordered my drink, a water, 2 sugar plum danishes and the toffee Bundt cake. I shared the Bundt cake with my girlfriend before we went to the car to enjoy our danishes. Upon opening mine it was already had a bite taken out and I know it wasn’t my girlfriend as she never even touched my danish. Absolutely disgusting. Part of the job is to make the orders even if it’s a frustrating order that’s just food service.
They don’t know how prepare wet foam/creamy foam/microfoam for an espresso drink. In addition, they interrupt the espresso preparation to make another drink, leaving the steamed milk sitting, not correct procedure for espresso drinks. The manager was not cooperative.
