This location doesn't honor coupons dispersed via mail to the surrounding neighborhoods I got one in the mail loaded up the kids and went to their only to find they only honor online coupons or something and my coupons clearly say they are redeemable at the counter

Sunday 5:45 ish they were swamped!! Door dash a line of customers to the door! To youngest. Did Awesome JOB considering,how busy!! It's Frustrating to see these subways suffer with little or no employees.At most busiest times.🤔🫡

By far the worst subway i've ever been to. Service was horrible. Lady sat at the register typing something and didn't even look up at me the other told me that my call in was at the end on the shelf. It wasn't mine. I said something about it, not being mine And did not get an answer from either of them, maybe they didn't hear me. I waited and then said something again and the first lady was like, oh, it's back here. Gave it to me and i finally went home. I got a subway club and what they call a philly cheese steak the pictures are of the Philly cheese.. That doesn't look like a philly cheese steak to me. I ended up throwing it away. I wanted to go back and get it made again, but the attitudes of the two ladies that were there.Just maybe not want to even go back ever I didn't even touch it, It was buy 1 get 1 free. So I really didn't care, but still good god.It looked disgusting i wouldn't have fed it to my dog. The one star is for the available parking out front

This was my first visit to this location and my last. The employees were not friendly towards me but to all customers. The guy took his time to assist me after he prepared the customer ahead of me, he finally asked what typed of bread I wanted and when I selected the bread, he informed me in a rude tone the bread was only a limited promotion so I selected another type of bread and when I got to the topppings the female employee stared at me instead of asking me what toppings would I like, I proceeded to tell her the toppings I wanted, she never spoke a word as she added my toppings. I paid for my food, sat and ate. Thank you for showing me how rude your employees are and I will make sure to never do business at this location.

Store was clean, especially being in the early evening, service was fast and friendly. I ordered the Boss, bread was soft, meatballs were nice and tender, sauce tasted fresh, and not burnt from sitting in the warmer without being stirred, wasn't over sauced and soggy, overall a very pleasant sandwich.

The gentleman that’s working today during lunchtime was great. He really helped me out even though he was having a bad day gave me the upmost customer service. He deserves a shout out for doing a great job.
I love the food when they get my order right. Messed up the last three times. I reminded them of the extra tuna in my salad. Nope. I’m done. Deleted the app and never going back. Good luck! Hope it was better than mine!

How many pieces of ham do you put on a subway club? Because my sub was so loaded down with ham it ruined the sandwich. There is no need for 10 slices of ham. The video I took is only one side of the footlong. The same with the turkey. No I didn’t order extra meat. The bread was busting at the seams. And the employee kept tossing my sandwich around, like it was a football after it was wrapped.

I went to get a loaded bacon wrap. I was told they only have flat bread now, and no longer carry flour tortillas. Since I was there, I thought I would give the flat bread a try. It is very hard to chew. I felt like I was chewing forever. The flour tortillas were much softer and better tasting. I hope they get the flour tortillas back again. Other than that, it was fine.
