Stopped in with my dad to get lunch. Sandwich artist was demanding with our order and was rude at the register, arguing about drink sizes. Unprovoked. This has happened multiple times. Also, my online order BMT had honey mustard instead of regular. I don't know who orders/likes honey mustard with salami and pepperoni, but let me tell you, it changes the vibe of the sandwich.
First subway I’ve ever been too where they won’t substitute turkey for ham. Terrible customer service won’t be coming back to this location.

I keep getting emails for BOGO but the website won't allow me to enter the promo code. I go into the store and explain, and the lady just keeps shrugging her shoulders and offers zero assistance. I called the number on the door to speak with a manager - twice. Haven't received a call back. No wonder Subway is struggling.

Me and my husband went in yesterday and ordered food, the gentleman working there was very rude, He told my husband he talked to much and constantly rolled his eyes as my husband spoke, Not only that but I found two flies in my wrap and wasn't able to get help being that it got busy and he was the on employee there and I didn't want any more rudeness from this man.. I feel like I wasted my money on food I couldn't eat because there were flies in my food. This store definitely needs to do better.
Front counter employee, an older lady, is absolutely horrible. No smile, all attitude and looks as if she wants to burn the place down. She should just quit i think. Don't get into a customer service job if you have a "customer service" personality. She makes you not even want to bother her for a sandwich.

No matter what I seem to get bread is hard and sandwich isn't subway
Owner believes only one person is necessary to clean up and close restaurant while waiting on customers. Young lady was pleasant and professional but she was definitely stressed and overworked. Sandwich was custom made and she was attentive to health concerns.

This location lacks many things. The Harrison location is by far a better choice.

I wish I could give a 0! I ordered 2 dozen cookies on the app at 9:30am. Because of map issues I arrived late (order was to be ready at 11am) at 11:30. The lady said the order wasn't ready. She said she had just put them in the oven and they would be ready in 10 minutes. I had an appointment to make and took the cookies left over from yesterday. She just crammed them in a bag and didn't put them in the actual cookie holders. A horrible experience and it made up my mind that I will never go into a Subway again! I used to order a lot of cookies for the meetings that I host. I'll be looking elsewhere! The lady had a lot of excuses, but NO apology.

Workers are rude and have horrible attitudes and the food isn’t sanitary or fresh. There was a bug crawling on the wall behind the worker that was rolling her eyes at customers. Figure it out or close down.

Just picked up a late dinner for the family and had really awesome service here. Even though our server was by himself and visibly very busy, he did not cut corners with making our sandwiches! And the best part was he was super pleasant. Thank you Scott!!
