The only thing I didn't care for was the no open carry sign on the window. I'm sure there are enough concealed carry folks to make up for it. The food was really good. The price was perfect and the wait staff was excellent. Very happy and we will be back. Very good experience!
Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walking stick rather than a wheelchair but I think you could get around in a chair with no issue. Floors are nice and smooth and the aisles are wide.
Wow! We are visiting in town for the weekend. What a great place to experience! Excellent food! And we even went at one of their BUSIEST times! 10:00 on Saturday morning the weekend before election when everyone was out voting early! We sat at the bar and watched the team work together very efficiently. Oh, and did I mention that the food was delicious! Those biscuits!! Do yourself a favor and have breakfast here!

We've been here before and have always had excellent food, and service, but there's always a first time for everything. This was the time service and DEFINITELY the food was not up to par, and unless they completely change their waffles, I'll never order them again. With all the homemade bread, and overall quality of food, I was stunned to find out that instead of a Nice Fresh Belgian Waffle, they served up 2 small frozen waffles that came out cold. They couldn't melt butter, and when I asked for hot syrup, that was luke warm at best, and it couldn't melt butter either. I couldn't eat it. I just can't eat a cold piece of "Bread" with butter and syrup. I definitely don't suggest the waffle!!!

I think the negative reviews sum up my experience. The food isn't terrible, but once you get a $10 meal, plus $3.50 for cheap diner coffee, then add a tip, you are out $15-$20. For the quality, it's just not worth it. Everything is expensive these days, but I'd rather pay the same price and go to Jimmy's Egg, or even fast food would be better. Will I voluntarily go back? No. If a group of people want to go together, I'd definitely recommend another location but Sunny Side Up isn't so bad I couldn't eat there again. I will say many people love it, so you'll have to try it yourself. I would bet that as long as the service (wait staff AND management) is good, you'll be happy and think my review is crazy. But once you feel like they don't want you there, the light will flip on and you'll think back to the cost and quality and go "it's just not worth it". Shout out to Valerie who never gave me bad service, in my book she is the star of Sunny Side Up, always 5 Stars.
