Got 3 beefy 5 laters and there was more tortilla than there was anything else, super dissapointed because we paid over 30 dollars and even ny quesadilla was practically bare
I had just pulled into the drive thru nobody else was in line. Proceeded to pull out my phone so I could pull up my Taco Bell app and was asked if I was using it. I couldn’t get my phone to load the app so i said no and proceeded to order, the lady thru the speaker very much with attitude says,” so you're not checking in” I said no thinking she didn't hear me then proceeded to ask me if I wanted two discovery boxes which no I didn’t, I said no no thank you and she stayed huffing and puffing through the speaker so I left! Will never be going back here. Ill take my business across town, and wait in their line then be disrespected by a child. I see why there is never a line there nobody wants to deal with such crap service

Ridiculously small portions on the whole menu, a burrito is not a taquito

Maybe skip the one on Harrison if you are having a bad day because the girl at the window was so rude for no reason that I’m honestly just bummed out and I left without getting any food.

I asked for no beans extra meat on my nachos and extra mild sauce. I got 2 WHOLE PACKETS OF SAUCE... and next to no meat on my nachos. Believe me I won't be back. This place is crap.
I ordered a decade meal, I think the 90s’ decade meal. I really like the switch up on the menu, and I’m looking forward to trying the caramel apple empanada. The couple of things that could have been improved are: keeping the cinnamon twists hot when ordered, and making sure to give the right soda, I ended up with a zero or diet instead of regular.
Vegetarian options: You are able to swap out meat for beans.
Parking: There’s always enough parking in the parking lot.

Everytime I order from here my order is wrong. I understand some day are rough, I work fast food as well, but read the screen.
Giving out super RAW food. Not edible at all. Owner needs to keep better eye on its employees before they cause them a LAW SUIT.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I believe in this case it is warranted. Yesterday evening, my wife and I decided to dine at Taco Bell and decided to go through the drive-through to take it home. I pulled up to the speaker and the menu board and my wife and I sat there looking and deciding what we wanted to order. Once we decided on something, we sat there patiently waiting for the employee to ask us what we would like to order. But after about three minutes of not getting any response, I decided to pull forward as I thought maybe they weren’t even open. Once we were up to the actual window, I could see one or two employees moving around inside so I knew they were open but no one came to the window so after about 30 seconds I tapped the horn. Finally a young lady came to the window and looked perplexed. I said what is going on? I asked that because I couldn’t understand why I wasn’t getting ant response from anybody. I explain to the young lady that we had been setting out at the speaker, but no one said anything to us, and she said hang on, closed the window and left. A few seconds later, a gentleman came to the window and asked if he could help us. He was heavyset, and I believe had a big thick beard that he had a hairnet over. I explain to him that we had been sitting out at the menu board by the speaker, but got no response from anyone and his response to me was well. My headset did not go off. He said whenever someone pulls up to the menu board by the speaker we are alerted in here. I said to the young man well I’m not lying about it. We sat out there for a few minutes and no one responded. He said, well all I know is if you had been sitting there I would’ve known. He was flat out calling me and my wife a liar. I said to him, well, could you please take our order and he said no. He said you will have to drive back around and get back in line. I was surprised by this and said you’ve got to be kidding me. I said it’s not my fault. You guys were not alerted that I was in line back there waiting to be helped. Then he basically said if you were sitting back there, I would’ve known it… Once again, calling me a liar. My wife and I are not liars. After trying to reason with him for just a second more, he slammed the little glass door right in our face. I proceeded to tap my horn and he slam the window back open, and I insisted that I get the managers name and number and he threw some receipt at me and said here, he’ll be here tomorrow. My wife and I pulled away absolutely stunned by this young man’s attitude and rudeness. I have not yet had a chance to speak with the manager of this location yet, but I am definitely going to speak with him. If I don’t get satisfaction from the manager of that store, I will go to the district manager. there is absolutely no excuse for the way we were treated.
