Place is a joke employees don't pay attention to orders my orders are constantly wrong employees are more worried about their phones or stand around doing nothing first time I've had Taco Bell in months won't go back Taco bells everywhere are a joke
So I ordered a burrito and I asked them to cut it in half because I was headed to work. They told me they didn’t have the tools to cut it. I asked three times. I this on video and waiting for Monday morning. Iv been a manger at Taco Bell, this is stupid, they weren’t busy. Just lazy, burrito was good tho. Service was trash, not going back

So I went through the drive through and got a potato soft taco well I got my food and it was all dumped out in the bottom of the bag and the tortilla was hard hard. And I come here often I never ever had this experience before but the drive through guy was so sweet so that’s why I gave 5 stars in the service but 1star in the food.

I asked for sour cream , I get charged .80 for sour cream! They put a sliver as thin as a dollar and not even as big as a dime! Then he tells me, that’s the serving size! I call bs then if that’s the serving size stop charging .80!!! My ass serving size!
Its a pretty standard Taco Bell. Food was fresh, staff friendly. Can't ask for much more than that.

I ordered the luxe cravings box and customized it to my liking. All of the customization were correct. When I got my nachos and cheese the cheese sauce was only filled up 1/4 of the way, how disappointing. Also, when I picked up my Doritos taco, the bottom of it fell out, also dissatisfying. I had my burrito grilled, and it was burnt, I had to tear part of the outside off to eat it.
