Do not eat here. Do yourself a favor and just go to Qdoba. Not only did they charge me 16 dollars for a goddamn 9.99 box, they didn't even get a single thing right on the order. They even gave me cinnamon twists with cheese. This place is an absolute disaster and I suggest never eating at any Taco Bell establishment. This place suuuuuucks

So my fiance ordered taco bell through door dash and we live like 5 minutes down the road and I understand it was late and they closed within an hour but still that doesn't give them a right to basically go and dump our food into the bag and cut our food in half this wasn't a problem with the dasher this was all on taco bell our food was cold it wasn't good and we were ok with them going and changing our beef and steak stuff to chicken but to only give us half portions was wrong all the way around thank you for your time and I hope taco bell gets back to me on this

Service is slow and the order is never correct. When you try to tell them they just send you a stupid coupon. I just want my order how I order it with the items I ordered. It’s only at night that I have issues but their night crews seem to just not care. Food is cold, thrown together (literally), often missing items, and smashed. Once I got a five layer burrito with only two items on it and stone cold. Listen I love Taco Bell, I would just like them to make items how they are ordered.

Went threw the drive threw i was missing a few items, no big deal I did go in to the store to let them know, they were happy to fix the problem the apologizes, it happens i wasn't mad or upset about it things happened on busy nights I didnt get the guys name but he was very nice

The cantina combo is supposed to come with guacamole and sour cream. I know its extremely hard to ger good help but that os ko excuse for every time you order you have to check twice and dont be ordering fir someone and mot know everything that comes with your order because you will not get something
I came in and ordered one burrito with the hopes to grab a quick meal before a long road trip. Wound up waiting way too long while the staff served the brive through and clowned around.

My u haul wouldn't fit through the drive thru, so I called and explained the situation and asked if I could come to the window and place my order. The first gentleman was helpful but the manager refused to serve me due to a security policy? I recommend not being in a u haul to go to drive thrus 🙄
