I had given up on Mexican food in Shawnee until we found Tacos El Patron! Their red and green enchilada sauces are both excellent! Reminds me of food in New Mexico. Definitely will be back!
The food was great and the service was good. The Horchata was delicious and my chicken chimichunga was full of tender chicken. The salsa and chips were a hit with my husband. I ordered the white queso and it was plain but satisfying. I thought it would have a bit of tomatoes in it. Really no complaints.
New to the area and so glad we gave it a try! The service and the food was amazing. I had the Nacho Supreme and clearly could have shared it with 2 others! Great little hidden gem in Shawnee!
