I was in Shawnee last week. As a vegan, I had planned to eat at The Owl Shoppe for a black bean burger. It was not available on Saturday and I was so disappointed. The chef overheard and said she would make one for me. It was truly the best I've ever had. It was smothered with sweet potato mash, red onions, chimichuri, and other delectable vegetables. I can't say enough about the excellent taste and quality of the food, and the commitment to excellence these women have. Go eat there!!!

I'm so glad, that I found this Jewel in Shawnee Oklahoma, if you want some real food elegantly made delicious, you need to come here. Chef Mandy is on point!!! You definitely won't be disappointed but very pleasantly happy. Her skills as a chef are amazing come check it out she's the bomb ? oh yeah the desserts will make you hurt yourself. ?

There was roaches all in the establishment! Service was slow! and it wasn't busy like 3 people, and my food had a roach in it, and it was cut in half still moving... so NO i wouldn't tell my friends to go there.

A hidden gem! My wife has been here many times, but his is my first visit. I would recommend this to anyone. I had the steak sandwich and a cup of the corn/beef/jalapeño chowder. Excellent and generous. The soup was very hearty as well. ?

If you don’t eat here, you’re missing out!. We’ve never been here for dinner before, only lunch. Such delicious food and nice quick staff. My boyfriend got the special, blackened salmon with grilled shrimp and asparagus on a bed of Alfredo with wilted spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and I got the hot ham sandwich with chips. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a good cooked meal!

Based on reviews, we took a chance on The Owl Shoppe. We had 2 different drinks (berry lemonade & blackberry tea), 2 different main courses (steak quesadilla & lobster grilled cheese), and 2 different sides (side salad & chips/salsa)– so that we could try it all. The friendly service and interesting food presentation raised our expectations. The texture & taste met our high expectations. I completely understand how this place could survive on limited hours of operation. So good!
