This place seems to be closed every time I’m at the mall. Today the 4 of us, my daughter, her grandma and her other grand daughter attempted to go. We found a sign that said “Be back momentarily, Lunch break” … so we waited. About 15-20 minutes goes by and they come back. We go to order and she says “we are closed”. I said “your sign says “Be back momentarily, Lunch break” so we’ve waited. Is there a reason why it’s suddenly closed?”.. she responded that she was the only one there and she has to leave. So I asked if we could get anything before she goes since we did wait and the sign didn’t say anything about closing early. She said “what do you want? You can’t get ice cream”. Which is exactly what we took the girls there for. In fact it was the only reason we went to the mall. I get that it’s not the employees fault, she was alone. But she was very rude and the sign should have stated they were closing early not that they’d be back. We waited for absolutely nothing. It was a very disappointing experience.

Went all the way to the mall just to find out their ice machine or something was broken. An ice cream store with no ice cream...makes sense.
Absolutely terrible! I went there with three of my friends the lady who took our order sat there watching us for 20 minutes with headphones on before she even noticed us. When she finally came back into reality she made us order 3 times than went on to get our order wrong. We waited for 30 minutes for one ice cream and two milk teas the ice cream took 20 minutes with other people who ordered after us getting there's first when we finally got all of out items it was HORRIBLE I genuinely would never recommend this place to anyone.

We called an hour in advance and we get there and they say we have to wait 30 minutes cause they were not prepared. It was if it was store hours in the hateful. Zero out of 10 do not recommend
I go pretty often and I absolutely love their Boba!! Their ice cream is amazing as well, I just don't get it nearly as often lol.
