I went in for an acai bowl and it was hands down the best I’ve had. Fresh ingredients, great taste, and beautifully prepared. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I’ve had tropical smoothie 3 times. Twice I ordered the sunrise sunset smoothie, and a quesadilla. I love this combo and really recommend it. Today, I ordered the apple pie smoothie. It comes with biscoff topping and a biscoff cracker. It really does taste like apple pie, but I’m not sure if I would order it again, only in the fall.

I’ve had Tropical Smoothie from OKC before, but it was always ordered and brought home by my girlfriend. The Shawnee location was the first one I’d actually been into. This was Friday August 8th around 12:15PM. The gentleman working was upbeat and kind. I only ordered a sandwich (turkey bacon ranch) and as I was waiting, he offered me not one but two smoothies. I’m assuming the order was messed up or something for someone else but the service was outstanding. I’d drive 35 minutes JUST for this location again. Food was as expected. Never had any issues with TS food. But that guy was AWESOME!!!

I wish they would put the avocado toast sandwich back on the menu it was so good and simple avocado bacon sandwich or a roll whichever however I do miss it

For the most part, the food is delicious and staff are friendly! I go once, maybe twice a day at times so this morning when I went to get my smoothie I was disappointed that the staff was so abrupt at the drive through when I was ordering. I wasn’t finished ordering yet and she just cut me off , told me how much my smoothie would be and that was it! I realize it gets very busy and I have been there at some even busier times than this morning and I’ve never been abruptly cut off by staff and told they would see me at the window before finishing my order before. The smoothie was good but the customer service was definitely lacking! Just disappointed because staff is usually so friendly, hoping this is just an isolated incident and that someone was just having a really bad day! Still not an excuse in customer service!
Just got a Thai chicken wrap and some smoothies, and the smoothies were fine. But whoever they’ve got making food is either high af or needs some serious training. My wrap was weird and thin and long, and it was full of what appears to be Parmesan chips? It’s a Thai chicken wrap, and it’s labeled as such and seems to have all the other usual ingredients it comes with, but then there’s these large random chunks of fried cheese, and very little on it aside from chicken and sauce. Seriously don’t even know what to make of this.

I love the smoothies and sante fe chicken. I hate how they give you a small amount of sauce in the container, maybe a quarter thick of sauce in container. Then they want to charge you about a dollar for another sauce.

The manager Stephanie picked her behind infront of everyone, never washed her hands, then continue to make food. I’ve also heard her say some mean and racist stuff to her co-workers. I recommend staying away from this place.

Finally decided to try this place and I won’t be back. So disappointed. I was greeted by friendly staff, which was nice. Not a single customer in the restaurant at 1pm and that made me concerned. Regardless, my salad was brought out quickly. I asked if they had salt and the young lady looked at me like I was an alien and after repeating the question, she told me they didn’t have salt and pepper. What? It’s a restaurant that serves sandwiches, wraps, and salads along with smoothies. Why is there no salt and pepper?
