The burger sucked ass. It was like if you got the saddest cow, cut it up and left it in Antarctica for 4 days. That’s how cold it was. By the way, I only got 1 singular piece of lettuce. NEVER EAT HERE!

Went to the Wendy’s in Shawnee today because the Mint Frosty sounded amazing. We waited our time in line which was taking a lot longer than normal, only to find out we were going to have to wait five minutes because there frosty machine needed to be filled up. So we just had them refund our money and left they could have at least gave us the option when we ordered instead of waiting in line and paying before telling us about the delay. I did attempt to call and have a chat with the manager but I guess answering the phone is not a priority. So that is pretty deplorable costumer service.

Replace our order at 9:11 p.m. on February 15th to 2025. We ordered two biggie bags one with Coke one with Dr pepper I told that the Dr pepper was out so we got a Coke got a double stack with no cheese. We were told to pull up so they can cook the meat. We waited to 9:36 p.m. all of the food was called the chicken nuggets the french fries. The hamburger meat was even cold. Would not give us a receipt and there was no napkins in the bag. This was in the Drive-Thru and a lot of people were leaving.

Wendy's inside heating was broken down on the day when the outside daytime temperature high was "a real feel" of 10 degrees. It was the cashier's first day on the job, and she was doing her best. It was sad to watch this new employee asking for help from a terrible manager who ignored the requests for assistance.
