Every time we visit this store late at night we get the worse products. I don't suffer quietly and why I'm spending $50 to $60 a visit I expect great service and great food. We work over nights and always so busy this has been our go to place. After last night I will not every spend my money in that store again. Yes I have had many orders replaced and tried to get it remade last night. The on duty manager was very rude in that. We talked to the operating partner candice and said we replace 90% of our orders. I spend min $150 a week their and they don't replace no where near that amount. But if my food is wrong and I have to take my time and my gas to get my stuff replaced you are going to replace my whole ticket. Last night we couldn't even eat our breakfast that was order didn't even get the shirt or butter. Didn't get the dipping sauce for the other items hash browns was way over cooked the hamburger that had added had very few nasty lettuce and a horrible pice of tomatoes. My sons patty melt was just thrown together and barley anything on it. The chicken. Strip sandwich has nasty hard bacon that couldn't be chewed and very sloppy and thrown together. I never asked for a refund or replacement this time cause we decided at this point I'll give my money to IHOP but to be as rude as she was and claiming they replace all my orders is crazy. This store needs new management and a new operating partner cause she hasn't fixed a single problem. I will not ever go back to this location and have suck a bad taste for what a burger I don't think I'll ever go to any one of their locations.

Donât have a changing table in the menâs or womens bathroom so I had to change my childâs poopy diaper in the dining area with several people since it was too cold to change him outside in the car. Was told they arenât âallowedâ to have changing tables.

I've passed on writing a bad review for this Wataburger, because I wanted to give them a chance, but this time was just too bad to let slide. The only thing this Wataburger is good at is making food. We have tried drive thru, curbside, and this time we went for pick up at the counter. No matter how far in advance we order online, we still have to wait an absurd amount of time for our food. This time, we knew it would take a while, so we purposely ordered 25 minutes before we were planning on getting there. When my husband asked about our order, not only were they not sure where it was, but he was met with rude side-eye from the manager on duty. When they gave us our food, they stacked it in such a way, that the fries fell out before my husband was able to grab the bag. So we had to wait on new fries. Then, when we checked the bag, they had completely forgotten our onion rings. Which, when my husband told the manager, was met with another rude side-eye. Then we had to wait for the onion rings. I'll take long waits if the staff is nice, but this was hands down the worst experience I've had at this Wataburger.

Morning wait 20min. plus to get 2 burritos......you can see food prep. persons from reflection in hotbox glass door, one person has one blue glove on and the other has no gloves on.....BAD A SEPTIC TECHNIQUE!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for putting a million gross onions on my sandwich even when it was ordered without them. Ruined my sandwich completely!! So gross!!! It was a mobile order too. So they went out of their way to mess it up! Terrible customer service.

Very slow service. I should've read the comments before ordering here. Went to the DRIVE THRU and took 25mins to give us our food!!!!! Its not just us but all of cars were waiting for their order. Ordered sprite but they gave us dr pepper. This place is so disappointing.

Ignored at the window for an extreme amount of time, never acknowledged and yet orders of customers were taken care of who arrived after â completely ignoring us, yet snickering smiles and laughs made in our direction all the while. If I could give 0 stars for it all I would because it pains me to think someone else will have this same experience.
