**Unexpected Morning Hangout with the Unofficial City Council**
Took the crew here for a quick breakfast while waiting on materials to be delivered to our remodel job site. Needed something fast and filling before what was going to be a long day of work.
I went with the hand breaded chicken biscuit and it definitely hit the spot - crispy, hot, and substantial enough to fuel the morning. The biscuit was flaky and the chicken had that satisfying crunch you’re looking for. Good portion size too.
What really made this visit memorable though was the atmosphere. This place seems to be the unofficial meeting spot for the local retirees, and I mean that in the best way possible. These guys were making multiple trips to the coffee station (free refills, apparently) and holding court at their regular tables. Got to overhear some fascinating conversations about local history, city politics, and neighborhood happenings that you’d never learn anywhere else.
I’m declaring them the unofficial city council - they clearly know everything that’s going on in this town and aren’t shy about sharing their opinions on how things should be run. It was actually pretty entertaining listening to their debates while we waited.
Service was quick, staff was friendly, and the food did its job. Not gourmet by any means, but solid fast food that serves its purpose. The old-timers’ coffee klatch definitely adds character to the place. Would swing by again when we’re working in the area.

The food was hot and fresh
When someone requests crispy hashbrowns on Mother's day, it shouldn't be ignored and mocked! My hashbrowns aren't even cooked and my heart shaped biscuit is burnt. The lady taking my order was smoking and taking orders. Not cool
Went online ordered triple western triple famous star and the advertisement was get a triple burger for free went thru drive thru got my order yet I only got 2 out of three my receipt sad free triple the drive thru tells me I only paid for 2 and the third was a discount for the 2. Then drive thru tells me online orders they can't do anything about it like wtf? First last time I get carls jr again.
There were only 2 staff members on duty and still got my order without anything wrong and in a timely manner.
Excellent all way around

The morning manager is rude as hell. She doesn't listen and blamed me. I'm not going back.
Soggy burger it had no taste and was over priced
Just watched the cashier Randall correct the people making my order 3 different times, and they still gave me the wrong burger. He told y’all I ordered a double spicy western and y’all ignored that man and gave me a normal double western. Next time, listen to Randall!
If you want a fast greasy messy burger which I do at times it's good.
Becky was amazing and so kind! My food was served hot, fresh, fast, and with a smile!! Highly recommend this location!
