just wanna say normally have great experience with Charlie's placed online order and this is the second time I placed a delivery order of chicken chunks and potato wedges with gravy and didn't receive the gravy !!! called to let them know and their solution was for me to go pick it up . not an option was unable to drive then told well I will talk to who made it so this doesn't happen next time!! trust me there will never be a next time
They have good hot food very tasty, employees are great I usually go when Kaylee is on duty, she usually knows what I order most of the time.
We arrived just before closing and staff greeted us cheerfully and served us great! Food was delicious! Highly recommend

Like the chicken I don't like the aftermath.....not sure what oil they use but it will have effects. If your going in for a colonoscopy I highly recommend Charlie's to clean you out.

What happened to this place I love? The prices are too expensive for what you get. Quality has gone down. I recently got chicken that was the size of buffalo wings. Rolls were overcooked. I went back not too long afterwards and got the same. Very sad.
