Mazzio's Italian Eatery

Ordered a medium pizza and cheese dippers for the first time in about a year.
The pizza is smaller as well as the order of cheese dippers, the price was insanely overpriced, and the food was trash.
I don't think I've ever had a worse pizza in my life.
I'm not going back.
$32 for that junk is ridiculous and most of it went in the trash.
Fire your cooks and supervisors because if they are letting food like this go out then they need a different job.
I only up'ed one star because the delivery driver is cool.

Service was horrible. We waited 15 minutes just to get our order taken. After we finally got our order taken we waited another 30 minutes just for our food. So much for a fast food restaurant.

Ordered food after waiting for 3-4 minutes and someone yelling who has the window!? While waiting. About to walk out, someone started to take order. 3 salad's, 3 drinks and loaded cheese dippers. Cheese dipper were something warm since cold and drizzly outside. Salad bars looked awful. Salad looked liked it had been cut ties before Thanksgiving. No cheese, ham was low and beets were souréd. Waited and waited (approximately 30 minutes or so) for bread steaks that never arrived. Meanwhile, froze while trying to eat salad. Another person came in after us. They received their pizza while eating their salad, and we had been done for a bit with our salad. When checking at counter, order had never been placed to the back. Only positive was refunded, or list ticket says void. Refund hasn't hit bank account.

For almost 2 dollars a wing these are unnaceptable, in the picture are drums, next to said drums is a bottle cap. Received 20 of bottle cap sized wings for almost 40 dollars. Once my toddler wakes up l'm sure he would love them, considering this was the size to fulfill his hunger(maybe) literally considered that I was being punk'd and the real wings were hiding somewhere in the Togo container, but oh no, no Ashton Kutcher and yep, no actual wings.
Would not order again and very disappointed in my bottle cap wings

So when does pizza not come with any sauce of any kind on it? Ordered a thin pepperoni with the ken's spicey sauce. Now only did i not get that sauce but i didnt get sauce at all. This isnt the 1st time i've been screwed over by this mazzios. It happens more times than not. Reminded me why i dont order from there.

Since I live out of town and never know when or which town I will be in so I usually order at the drive thru and then pick it up when food is ready. Always great service

Ordered 8 pizzas for a party with the family sized ranch. Best ranch in the world for your pizza. Tasty hot fresh pizza. Ordered online ahead of time for a specific time and was ready on time. Friendly and helpful staff!

Tuesdays they have a buffet going on here. Salad bar and pizza was really good. Im never leaving their buffet not happy. Been awesome every time.

We ordered Cheese Pizzas and they came completely burnt.So we asked them to remake them and they said they remade them and gave us ones that were still burnt.. The crust was so hard we couldn't even chew it not worth the time or money!

Don’t believe the time on the app. I timed my trip for the 35min the app said. Took well over an hour. Gave a buffer of 10 min but didn’t want a cold pizza. Had to sit in parking lot for over 30min. While watching vehicles that came after me get their order first.

Finally got it only after going back to the window and seeing it sitting there while they scrambled around looking for it.

My husband & I are rarely disappointed in eateries in Skiatook but today, Tuesday, November 26, 2024 we chose Mazzio’s lunch buffet. It was 12:30 and only one additional pizza was brought out after we purchased our meal. All the pizzas were thin, no sauce, little toppings, and hard. Didn’t taste at all like pizza. There were approximately 10 people there so possible this terrible pizza had been sitting out for a while. The napkin holder had a thin film of dust on them so they had not been cleaned recently. My plate wasn’t clean and that’s when we should have gone up n asked for a refund. We have been to Mazzio’s in Tulsa many times n were pleased but this will be our last time at the Skiatook Mazzio’s …….
