Stopped here late on 12/16 and the guy at the drive thru window (big guy with a beard) was the most courteous and friendly drive-thru worker I'd ever met. Dude was super personable and pleasant to deal with. The guys should be a manager at Costco somewhere, not at McDonalds. First time I've ever wanted to tip a fast food drive thru worker. The food is poisonous and delicious as always, but this gjy himself was a game changer in my 1 of thousands of McDonald's drive thrus I've been through.

I went here on 11/26/24 @ 5:30pm and the frappe I ordered wasn’t available. The female manager at the drive thru window told me she couldn’t refund me and I would have to do it through the app. Then the guy handing food out was reluctant to give us the rest of our order and wouldn’t speak to us when he handed us our food. I contacted the app about a refund and apparently the female manager lied and can give refunds for orders placed through the app. That manager should be fired, I get fast food sucks but you chose that job and to further your career there by taking the manager position, so do your job…

When in placed my order got to the counter she said just mustard I said no ketchup and no onions she then said for me to leave she called the manger and she said leave or she's calling the cops I still haven't said nothing wrong this b was in a bad mood and the manger was kissing her ass got the video
Big guy at counter was extremely RUDE! This couple asked for ice cream and before they could finish getting the words out he rudely shouted at them saying NOPE, the machine is broke. Wow! Just wow. Do they not train ya'll to be polite at all???

I had ordered mobile order to make it faster paid and line was very long. So I decided to go in to make it was and get out of everyone’s way since I already paid and so they could order. Well let’s just say that was a mistake I went in the guy would not walk back to the cash register just to tell her I was there and pick up my food. He stated it was to complicated so I had to drive my not happy bunz to the back of the line cause he refused to give me the food I paid for. I go it’s not that complicated I go me driving back and sitting in line for another 15 min is when other ppl could be placing their order. I’m pretty positive it would have made it easier on me and there costumers. My happy meal turned to a crappy meal .
