I got a pick up order at the skitook location and this location is horrible I got home thinking I was gonna get a whole pizza turns out they took two pieces out of the pizza like seriously who does that I do not recommend coming to this one ever again I’m gonna go to the owasso or Tulsa location from now!

This establishment doesn’t seem to look at special instructions such as “CUT INTO SQUARES PLEASE” the last order we picked up was cut into squares and slices! Please just learn to look at specific instructions and cut the pie into squares if requested. Thanks!

I would suggest never ordering from this place. They quote 15-20 minutes, but take close to an hour. Every single time.

Ordered 2 pizzas, bread sticks, and cinnamon sticks. Took nearly two hours to be delivered when the app showed 45 min estimate. Disappointed to say the least.

We didn't receive our pizza for 2 hrs past the time when it was supposed to be ready. We were in the drive thru line for 2 hrs. Our pizza was supposed to be ready close to 5pm. We got to the window at 4:45. We had to call at 5 because no one came. Then the lady we spoke to came over and said she just put it in the oven the lady that was supposed to work the window was not doing a good job. I asked how long she said she didn't know so we went and got a drink and came back and got in line. The person that was behind us in line was now at the window and refused to leave until their order was ready ( they were honking and cursing) finally at 6:45 we pulled up to the window. I watched 4 different employees thru the window but no one acknowledged us. At 7pm(2hrs later now) I slide the window open and said "hello" finally a woman came and I told her I know our pizzas were ready they went in the oven at 5 & were now probably cold. She got us our pizza. I told her the least they could do would be to acknowledge people at the window and explain the situation and that would go a long way compared to ignoring us. She said they had 4 new employees that night plus one with some experience and another one just came in plus they had an employee sabotaging them that she had to send home. I'm most upset about simply being ignored even through the manager lady (heavy set woman I believe to be mgr) looked at us twice but never spoke to us at all. The food wasn't compensated so we paid full price for three pizzas that were two hours late and the worst customer service I've ever had at this location.

I normally never have complaints. But tonight I got a garlic parm pizza stuffed crust and it’s straight up like eating cardboard. No sauce, hard, and nasty. Waste of my $$

They don't wear gloves to make your food. Hands don't get washed enough. I'm surprised no one's gotten sick yet 🧤

Just had the sorriest excuse for a pizza i have ever seen, hand tossed looked liked a thin crust, an what bread was left was saturated in a ton of grease ???? KEEP YOUR SOGGY BOTTOM PIZZA, NEVER AGAIN?

Placed an order online, and went to pick it up. Got to the store around 8:45, stood there waiting, at some point a man came by the front register, saw us, went back to the back, and that was it. Nobody ever came out or talked to us, and we never got our food. We ended up leaving at almost 9pm. I understand the store closed at 9pm, but I ordered ahead of time and got there early enough to pick up and be out of the store before the doors should have been locked.
Placed an order on the app. Confirmed on the app. Never delivered. Called the store an hour later and they have no order. Dinner ruined, given the pizza is overpriced garbage so I guess I paid 50 bucks for the favor of not having it. The manager was no help at all didn’t even bother with offering to take the order and expedite. Do yourself a favor and go pick up a real pizza, order from the hut and you will be disappointed if it shows up or not.

This place consistently delivers a mediocre product. Ordered a stuffed crust and aside from the cold cheese in the crust there was lil to be found on the rest of the pizza as well as barely any sauce.
