Placed an order on the app. Confirmed on the app. Never delivered. Called the store an hour later and they have no order. Dinner ruined, given the pizza is overpriced garbage so I guess I paid 50 bucks for the favor of not having it. The manager was no help at all didn’t even bother with offering to take the order and expedite. Do yourself a favor and go pick up a real pizza, order from the hut and you will be disappointed if it shows up or not.

This place consistently delivers a mediocre product. Ordered a stuffed crust and aside from the cold cheese in the crust there was lil to be found on the rest of the pizza as well as barely any sauce.

Well we always go to Pizza Hut. We have ordered the Melt Pizza in Italian Sausage every time we order. Usually we get another one in something different to go with it. Tonight I called in the order and they told me they didn't do it in Italian sausage! I told them we always get Italian Sausage but they didn't offer to do it. I mean I ended up getting a Meat Lovers. We will go back, because the food is always spot on!

It was not good the lady called me saying they would have to use door dash to bring my food and that I would have to pay door dash too ummmm no that's not my problem should have been fixed by you and all my food was Cold by the time I got it

I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 desserts through the app. $89!! Went to pick it up and asked for Parmesan cheese, I was told they don't give it away anymore but they had small bottles for sale! Unbelievable! Then my pizza had a hair in it! And there were no cars there but I had to wait 5 minutes to be served!! Never again!

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut. 15 minutes later it’s at my door. I pay open the box. It’s completely not cooked. The dough is raw. I call them. They put me on hold. I try for 1.5 hrs to get them to answer & replace my pizza. They would not pick up the phone. Just left me on hold. So after almost 2 hrs I called my credit card company & disputed the charge. Since they don’t care about their customers, they will care about their money. On hold all that time with that recording yelling ITS PIZZA TIME. Never will I use them again. It was so raw it was gooey. Floppy gooey. Disgusting. Beware of this place. They don’t care about their customers!!!
