I recently stopped by Sonic Drive-In and ordered a small chocolate shake and two Smashburgers. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t as satisfying as I’d hoped. Let’s start with the shake: It was incredibly runny—so much so that it had the consistency of milk instead of the thick, creamy treat I was expecting. To make it drinkable, I had to put it in the freezer for a while just to get it to the right consistency. Definitely not the kind of shake I’ve come to expect from Sonic. As for the Smashburgers, they weren’t up to the usual standard either. The burgers didn’t come out hot and fresh like they typically do. They lacked that fresh, sizzling flavor that makes Smashburgers so delicious, and I was left feeling like I didn’t get the full experience I was hoping for. While I’ve enjoyed Sonic in the past, this visit was disappointing. I’m not sure if it was just an off day for the location, but I’d hesitate to return for these same items in the future.

Spent $20. Waited 10+ minutes. Got 3 “milk”shakes and a float that were all straight liquid. They’ve given us raw corndogs in the past. Food has declined in quality since the owners changed.

The sonic in Cleveland Oklahoma needs HELP!!! They never have anything and there is NEVER anywhere to park, idont know what happened to this place but it must need a new manager or something, where is the GM to this place???? It has never been let go like this, half of the order stations don’t even work. It’s very sad, we had the best sonic before.

Paid over 5 dollars on a shake that was poorly made. Ordered a cherry limeade slush but got the soft drink cherry limeade. And I tried a frito chili pie and after eating half of it, there was a dead fly in the chips under the layer of cheese and chili. Poor service, but what do you expect going to a fast food place. Good luck to anyone else going here! And thankyou Skiatook sonic for the awesome service 🤣🤙🏼

Ordered ice cream through the app at 8:45 pm, my husband went to pick it up and had to ask for the order three times because nobody ever brought it to him and then tried to bring him melted ice cream! It took over an hour to get a couple of milkshakes, absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Went in and it seems that everytime I come here something is wrong or sloppy! The lady we talked to tonight was rude and disrespectful and when I got home, the burger was messy and not even the right burger. I just think I ordered a double bacon cheese burger and I understand things happen but everytime is a little much and I work in fast food myself.

If you actually want fast food that gets your order correct, the Skiatook Ok location is NOT the place to go. It is hot outside today 07/23, so I just wanted something light for lunch to tide me over until supper. I ordered two simple things, a jr cheeseburger with mayo and pickles only , and a large cherry limeade. The jr cheeseburger did not have any pickles and the patty was about as thick as maybe a quarter! Normally sonic makes the BEST cherry limeades, not this location! The limeade did not have a lime OR a cherry, it was not good at all. I left and was down the street a ways before I tasted either so did not go back to get it corrected, assumed two simple items would be correct. Plus they were not busy at all, and yet the service was still very slow.
I was just trying to order two meals and got rushed through the entire experience. The food was sloppily made and cold. The slushes were mostly melted. There was no assistance with my order and I would have preferred to speak to an actual robot than that employee again. I’m never going to a sonic again, ruined the entire restaurant for me. The parking lot had around 4 cars when we pulled in, so there was no reason for such a hurry.

Not a bad place, but the one by highway 75 in Collinsville is so much better. This one has very slow service, bad parking, and could really use a drive-thru.
