Your short staffed so your only taking online orders? Really? That's crap. Usually there aren't more than 2 people that can work on the sandwich line and if you are going to say your short staffed then close the damn restaurant.

Slowest service ever, the employees seemed lazy and had a unhelpful attitude, even when they weren't busy. Small thing, but it's annoying that you have to ask for napkins too, you can't get them out of a despenser.

Clean place, generally very nice staff- place does feel a little tense sometimes. this location doesn't participate in very many of the subway deals - which are the only method of making the prices reasonable.

Got there at 9:15 pm, guy at the window didn’t let us put in an order because “we are about to close.” They need to update their hours because this is the second time they close “early”.

It's subway the food is the same. This place seems to be drastically slow. Placed a order on line, got to the store ten later then order stated, and still ended up waiting a long time in the drive thru.

Worst subway experience ever will never be back to this location I’ve given it so many tries. I worked at subway in high school and have had family in the subways too. Heck I even did aubjammers before and this one sucks. I’ve been ordering the same subway sandwhich since I was 9 the BMT sub turkey no ham and was told they don’t do that.. sure fine then everyone acted so impatient waiting on me when I was literally so polite saying please and thank you etc then finally I try to use my app it doesn’t work so a 2 for 12.99 becomes 22$ still fine yes I get it. Finally the cashier takes 15$ in cash from me and 6$ on the card I get out to the car start going home she charged the full amount on my card. I had to go all the way back to resolve the issue. Never again. Also the sandwhich artist were not friendly.

So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. MY REVIEW: We love this Subway. Will drive from our house in Tulsa to this location when we're wanting Subway. Staff is very friendly and restaurant is always very clean. The best one in the Tulsa area.

I've been to a lot of Subway's but the staff here was hands down the best I've ever come across. They were so easy going and chatted with us the entire time they were making our sandwiches. Food was great too!

Went thru the drive-thru.... my bread was cold like it was pulled from the refrigerator and very tough, couldn't even tell there was ranch or meat on it! Got 3 white macadamia nut cookies and they were basically raw cookie dough! VERY DISAPPOINTING cause I love me some Subway..... but NOT today! 😔
