Overall, I had a a good experience at this restaurant. The food came out hot fresh and the price is OK. It is a chain restaurant, but one of my favorite restaurant. This one is actually one of the nicer tap restaurant of the brand at the time I went, it was not busy. It is absolutely worth a visit.

I ordered the two chicken cassadillas, one beef taco dinner. The chicken in the cassadilla was burn black on one side. It was so burnt, it was bitter. I won't be back.

Soooo slow drive through. Come on, either not enough staff or just lazy and not concerned about taking care of customers quickly. My assumption is that it’s a management bred culture.

Had to go up there twice because they forgot to put in my large queso. Just handed the large queso over without putting it in a bag. Came back home and realized they also messed up my order by giving me a beef whole lotta platter instead of the chicken one. To top it off, the Dr Pepper is watered down. Last time this location will take my money.

The owner himself waited on my elderly mother and us. The owner was very kind regarding my mother's dietary issues, and he was very willing and happy to special make the items that she needed. We are very impressed.

We came went through the drive thru, and the tostada ONLY had beans and nothing else. As well as the Dr Pepper is very poor. This Taco Bueno continues to execute food badly.
Used to work for this bueno. I know for a fact the owner tried to use unrendered beef fat from the meat in the beans, the rethermalizer (heats food safely) was out for 2.5 years when I quit, and there isn't much training for employees on food safety procedures. I loved working there, but it was ran sideways. The cooks would boil water in the kettle and then just toss it on the floor to clean it. A cook was burned by this and the owner pretty much fired him and didn't help (as far as I'm aware) with any of the medical costs. Good luck with the food, I hope it is in date.

I was disappointed with the amount of meat and extras in my Big Ol' Burrito- all of them were flat and skimpy. We've ordered these for years and there was nothing big about these. Disappointed.

Out of every single Bueno I visit this is still the best one. All other taco buenos could learn something. Every time the food tastes super fresh and it just hits different old school mid 90’s bueno different.
The young lady working today was helpful with a smile and told us to have a great day! She didn’t look at us like she wanted to die she was super inviting. And it’s super clean. This is still the best Bueno in the country. We drive from South Tulsa just to eat here. The Bueno off 91st in tulsa is still the worst bueno on the planet.
