They Will not answer the phone so I’m posting here instead. Bought several meals for my family tonight and there was a hair clump inside the tater tots along with a string of hair in my burger. There should be a higher standard for food.
Also noticed the ice cream machines may need to be deep cleaned not once but regularly I feel like every time I get a shake it has curds in it.

I love tastee freez don’t get me wrong, I grew up eating it. Buttt a few negatives with their online ordering/ no one answers the phone either. So it’s either I go in person and wait 20 min for my food, or use online and half the options aren’t available. For instance, no sauces are available, and I am told at the window “to make sure to order ranch because it’s 28 cents” well I would’ve if I could have lol. I had to buy a whole kids meal for 2 chicken strips because chicken strips aren’t sold unless you get the whole dinner. I would call it in, but am told to order online. It’s a lose lose.

This was my first visit here and there was a crowd of people who were very loud, I couldn't hear the cashier's voice to even guess at what she said. The food was decent to eat, minus the fact that I had to go back for condiments and a few other things. Definitely a great place for the ice cream.

The Freeze is always a great stop! The staff is friendly, service is fast, & the menu has tons of options so there’s something for everyone. My go-to ice cream is the Phat Bob with chocolate ice cream & it never disappoints.

Their pretty good at messing up orders, they charged me for ranches i did not get. Sometimes the buns of the burger are soggy, you either love it or hate it.
Placed a small order for two burgers, two orders of tater tots and four cups of ranch. Received two burgers without lettuce as ordered and two cups of ranch. Went back in to address the issue and the employee who was touching other surfaces grabbed the lettuce and threw them on the burgers bare handed. The food was good, but the service and health safety was not. Walked out with no more cups of ranch.
Will not be returning.

I got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The flavor was excellent! The staff was also very friendly. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed.
